Eladia Suites is a newly built and modernly equipped accommodation located in the center of Neos Marmaras, 30m from the port, while 650m away from the beach. A restaurant, a café and a shop are located in front of the building.
Accommodation is air conditioned, has internet, TV, kitchen, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, iron, terrace with seating, mosquito nets and is suitable for four people.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 21 days prior arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
