This accommodation offers three quadruple studios designed for up to four persons. There is one studio on the high ground floor, as well as on the first and second floors.

All units feature one double bed and a sofa for two persons. Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.

The units are air-conditioned, equipped with mosquito nets, a safety deposit box, free WiFi, TV, and a hairdryer.

The kitchens are fully equipped with a standard refrigerator, an induction hob with one burner, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a microwave.

The bathrooms have a shower (only tiles) with a glass partition.

The studios on the first and second floors have a balcony furnished with a seating set and a direct sea view, while the studio on the high ground floor has a large veranda equipped with a seating set and a view of the courtyard and the street.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Cleaning of the accommodation during the stay and replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days.

There is no designated parking space for guests of this accommodation, but there is free parking available along the street in close proximity to the accommodation.

Eladia Suites is located 20 km away from the popular resort of Nikiti, as well as 32 km from Vourvourou. The nearest airport, Macedonia Airport in Thessaloniki, is 108 km away from the accommodation.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 28 days prior arrival. If cancelled 28 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
