Accommodation description
Casa Eleni is a separate duplex apartment, second row to the beach, suitable for 5-6 people. It is located in a quieter location in Possidi, surrounded by greenery and paths, only 80m from the beach with sand and fine gravel. The property is in good condition, exudes cleanliness and feeling you are at home. Parking in front of the property is provided and guests are welcome throughout the year.
The center of Possidi is 3km away. The nearest market and bakery are 30m away, while the first restaurant is about 15m away.
The apartment (50m2) has a fenced veranda with awning and with outdoor furniture (from the front), a living room with TV and two sofas (one them folds out), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms and another fully fenced porch/dining area (at the back of the house). It is raised three steps above and is in one level.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils. The bathroom, which is located between the two bedrooms and has folding door, has a bathtub and a washing machine. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a TV, while the other has two sofas, one of which folds out. Each room has an exit to one of the porches.
The apartment is not air-conditioned (because of the freshness it has) and guests have internet signal, mosquito nets, TV, hairdryer and baby cot (on request).
During their stay, the guests take care of the hygiene of the unit themselves, and the owners leave 3-4 sets of towels and bed linen available.
To get to the house, at the fish restaurant-tavern Stamatis, on the promenade, turn right along the path.
This accommodation is an ideal choice for families or couples who want to spend their holidays in Possidi, not far from the beach, surrounded by greenery and peace.

We spent a wonderful ten days in Posidiu, a small and tranquil place, perfect for a family vacation. The accommodation is excellent, and we truly have no complaints; however, the description on the website does not fully correspond to reality, and for that reason, I would like to point out a few things. Firstly, we expected, according to the description, three beds in the room, two single beds, one of which is a pull-out bed, but the pull-out cannot be extracted due to the dresser positioned in between. This is significant for families with three children (like ours), as all three cannot fit in the same room. The lounge chair on the terrace (probably for quite some time) is non-functional, broken, and sits behind the house. The yard behind the house is not a proper yard (for those who might think they can play there with children); it is more of a passageway. The accommodation is fully equipped with all possible appliances, the kitchen is complete, and the bathroom as well (when equipped with a curtain), all necessary cleaning supplies, access to a washing machine and a dishwasher, and there are plenty of towels, bedding, pillows, and blankets... the only minor complaint is that all the closets and dressers are filled with the owner's belongings, leaving little space for guests' items. The beach is nearby, and the terrace is enormous. The owner is truly a lovely and warm-hearted woman, and we saw her when we arrived and when we departed. In any case, I highly recommend this accommodation!

The apartment is situated in a quaint little town, near a beautiful sandy beach suitable for all ages. There is only one shop, but it provides everything necessary. It is an ideal place for families with children, offering peace and tranquility. Primarily, Greeks visit this area, which is abundant in greenery, and there is also the option to go to the tip. We did not meet the landlady, but we were in constant communication. The apartment itself is quite comfortable, equipped with all essentials, and it feels just like home. Highly recommended!!!
