Hotel Description
Casa Eleni is a separate duplex apartment, second row to the beach, suitable for 5-6 people. It is located in a quieter location in Possidi, surrounded by greenery and paths, only 80m from the beach with sand and fine gravel. The property is in good condition, exudes cleanliness and feeling you are at home. Parking in front of the property is provided and guests are welcome throughout the year.
The center of Possidi is 3km away. The nearest market and bakery are 30m away, while the first restaurant is about 15m away.
The apartment (50m2) has a fenced veranda with awning and with outdoor furniture (from the front), a living room with TV and two sofas (one them folds out), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms and another fully fenced porch/dining area (at the back of the house). It is raised three steps above and is in one level.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher and all the necessary utensils. The bathroom, which is located between the two bedrooms and has folding door, has a bathtub and a washing machine. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a TV, while the other has two sofas, one of which folds out. Each room has an exit to one of the porches.
The apartment is not air-conditioned (because of the freshness it has) and guests have internet signal, mosquito nets, TV, hairdryer and baby cot (on request).
During their stay, the guests take care of the hygiene of the unit themselves, and the owners leave 3-4 sets of towels and bed linen available.
To get to the house, at the fish restaurant-tavern Stamatis, on the promenade, turn right along the path.
This accommodation is an ideal choice for families or couples who want to spend their holidays in Possidi, not far from the beach, surrounded by greenery and peace.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
