Anna Maria Apartments is an accommodation that has a fascinating sea view and is located at the very beginning of Neos Marmaras, not far from the center and all tourist attractions. Also, its ideal location allows you to visit the most beautiful beaches nearby, such as Lagomandra, Kalogria and Koviou.
It is about 1.3km away from the beautiful sandy beach Paradisos, and the city beach is about 950m away. The center, where you can find everything you need on vacation, such as supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, etc., is 200m away.
The property offers one double studio, three quadruple studios, and three quadruple apartments.
The four-bed apartments (A1 and A2) in the living room have a sofa bed, while in the bedroom (which is separated by a wall that has a large window with a curtain) there is a double bed. They also have access to a shared balcony, it is equipped with two seating areas and has a side sea view. The four-bed studio (G8) has one double bed and a sofa bed, as well as a large balcony with table and chairs that has a side sea view. Apartments (A1 and A2) and studio (G8) are located on the ground floor looking from the back of the house, but since the house is on a slope, it is a basement in front.
The Double Studio (B3) is located on the first floor and features one double bed. The balcony offers a side sea view and is furnished with a table and chairs.
Four-bed duplex apartment (B4) has two double beds, arranged in two bedrooms and is located on the first floor. The balcony can be accessed from both bedrooms and it has a side sea view, as well as a table and chairs.
The four-bed apartments (G6 and G7) have a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa for one person and a folding armchair in the living room. Both apartments have a balcony with a table and chairs and a beautiful direct view of the sea that will enchant you. Apartments G6 and G7 are located on the second floor (in the attic) and are the only ones with two air conditioners each.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi, a TV, and mosquito screens. The kitchens feature two ceramic hobs, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker, and are fully equipped with all necessary cookware and utensils. The apartments (A1, A2, G6, and G7) have shower cabins in their bathrooms, while Studio G8 has a small bathtub with a shower curtain. Studio B3 and Apartment B4 have shower trays with curtains, with the shower area in Studio B3 being partially enclosed with a glass partition. The bathrooms are also equipped with hairdryers. Daily cleaning service is provided, while towels and bed linen are changed every three days. A baby cot is also available upon prior request.
On the ground floor there is a shared balcony with table and chairs and barbecue that can be used by all the guests of the accommodation. There is no private parking, but you can park in the surrounding streets. We would just like to mention that it is harder to find a parking lot in the middle of the season.
Coming from the direction of Nikiti, after passing the supermarket Paradissos, after some 60m turn right and continue straight to the first intersection where you continue straight and after 200m you will see the accommodation on your left.
If you want to spend your vacation in accommodation with a beautiful sea view, and in a very warmly and friendly atmosphere where you will feel at home, then Anna Maria Apartments accommodation is the right choice for you.
