La Casa Delle Vacanze Home is an accommodation located in the heart of Neos Marmaras. It is a beautifully decorated apartment on the first floor, with private parking.

The apartment (65m2) features two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, and there are also sofas available in the living room. It can accommodate up to six people.

La Casa Delle Vacanze Home is an accommodation located in Neos Marmaras in Halkidiki and offers a wonderful apartment on the first floor, ideal for a family vacation. It offers two bedrooms with two double beds, and sofas are also available in the living room.
The rooms are air-conditioned, offer free internet access, the windows are secured with mosquito nets, and guests can get a free baby cot on request.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and offers a large fridge with freezer, a large oven with four burners, a cooker, a toaster, a coffee machine, as well as a microwave oven.
The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine, and the unit also has a hair dryer.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
