The accommodation is a maisonette spread over two levels, designed to host up to eight people. The ground floor features a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom. The attic houses an open gallery with a sleeping area equipped with two double beds.

A baby cot can be provided upon request and at no extra charge.

This air-conditioned maisonette offers guests a variety of amenities, including a TV, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, a stove with three burners and a small oven, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
