Dimi House is located just 250 meters from the beautiful sandy Tripotamos Beach, situated between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras on the western coast of Sithonia. This serene beach exudes authentic charm, with private villas in the backdrop enhancing the atmosphere of peace and privacy. Within the campsite adjacent to the beach, guests have access to a mini-market and a restaurant, making their stay even more convenient. For those wishing to explore a livelier area of Sithonia, the center of Neos Marmaras is only 5 kilometers away, offering a wide range of amenities, restaurants, and entertainment options.

The accommodation is a maisonette spread over two levels, designed to host up to eight people. The ground floor features a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, and a bathroom. The attic houses an open gallery with a sleeping area equipped with two double beds.

A baby cot can be provided upon request and at no extra charge.

This air-conditioned maisonette offers guests a variety of amenities, including a TV, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge-freezer, a stove with three burners and a small oven, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
