Description
Dimi House is located 250m away from the sandy beach of Tripotamos, between Nikiti and Neos Marmaras, on the western coast of Sithonia. In the hinterland of the beach, there are mostly private villas, and within the camp that is part of Tripotamos beach, there is a mini-market and a restaurant. The center of Neos Marmaras is located 5km away.
The accommodation unit is a maisonette on two levels and is intended for up to eight people. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed and a bathroom, while in the attic, there is an open gallery with two double beds.
A baby cot can be added upon request and at no additional cost.
Within this air-conditioned maisonette, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with three burners and a small oven, a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
Guests can spend warm summer days on the veranda equipped with a seating set.
In the yard, there is a gazebo with an outdoor dining area, a private barbecue and toys for children.
Pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation with prior arrangement with the owners and with an additional charge.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and during their stay, they are responsible for maintaining hygiene in the accommodation, as well as for changing bed linen and towels. For all reservations, there is a mandatory cleaning fee at the end of the stay.
Guests can park their vehicles in front of the accommodation.
Dimi House is located 102km away from Thessaloniki International Airport and 16km away from the nearest resort of Nikiti.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

I am interested for accommodation from 22.06.2024.-29.06.2024(30.06.2024). for adults 8 person. There are two married couples, the rest are single.. I am wondering how many single beds you have? Because we have different combinations.. Thanks in advance .. Greetings from Belgrade
