The accommodation offers spacious, brand new units equipped with modern appliances and elegant, comfortable furniture, perfect for a pleasant and relaxing stay. There are two apartments and one studio available.
The apartment for three adults and one child (50 m2) is located on the first floor and consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a large balcony with a seating area. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has a single bed with a pull-out bed. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The apartment for three people (45 m2) is located on the ground floor. It has one bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a kitchen where there is a sofa bed, a bathroom, and a veranda with a seating area. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
The studio for two people (20 m2) is located on the ground floor and features a double bed as part of the kitchen, a separate bathroom, and a veranda with a seating area. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob with two burners, a small fridge with a freezer, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine.
All units have air conditioning, and guests have access to a TV with Netflix platform, Wi-Fi internet, and a hairdryer.
A baby cot can be provided upon request at no additional cost.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Cleaning of the accommodation unit, including changing of bed linen and towels, is done every third day. Laundry service is available at an extra charge.
There is no private parking, but it is possible to find a place in front of the accommodation or in the surrounding streets.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
