Our description
To Petrino Apartments is the accommodation in Vrachos, at just 50m from the beach. Although very close to the beach, it is in a place hidden from the noise, and private parking is provided for all guests.
It has five studios for three and four people (approx. 35m2), with one double bed and one single bed, and one armchair, four of which have direct and one side sea views. It also offers five apartments (45-50m2), with one double bed in the bedroom, as well as two single beds and a sofa in the living room. The apartments have a large fridge in the kitchen. There are two TV sets and air conditioning available.
All accommodation units have been recently completely renovated with modern elements and feature a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, WiFi internet and a terrace with a sea view. Sleaning, as well as be linen and towels replacement, is performed every third day.
To Petrino Apartments also has a compartment for children in the yard, as well as an elevator for disabled people.
Small pets are allowed.
Enter Vrachos and drive 1km, along the beach until you reach the Achilleas Hotel on the left, turn left just before it and drive uphill for 30m until you reach this accommodation on the right-hand side.

Owner description
To Petrino Apartments is the accommodation in a familial and warm environment in Loutsa beach, between Preveza and the picturesque town of Parga. We have eight apartments, recently renovated, that offer you a pleasant, warm and comfortable stay, with a view of the Ionian Sea, at just 40m from the beach. It's surrounded by a garden with flowers and trees, a paved sun terrace and a playground. Our apartments are fully renovated and modernly equipped. Each apartment has a kitchen with a fridge and cooking hobs where you can prepare your own meals, free WiFi internet access, a private balcony and free private parking. All our apartments are spacious, have their own air-condition and have a furnished balcony overlooking the Ionian Sea.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smeštaj je zaista sjajan, baš kako i piše u opisu, sobe su čiste, dobro opremljene, posteljina i peškiri (komplet je jedan veliki i jedan mali) se menjaju svaki treci dan. Sobe se čiste takodje svaki treći dan. Vlasnici gostoljubivi, nenametljivi a uvek na raspolaganju. Terase prostrane sa savrsenim pogledom na more.

Postovani poslala sam zahtev za rezervaciju od 11.07 do 16.07. Za dve odrasle osobe i 3 dece. 3,5 i 9 godina. Na mail mi je stiglo da je nula 0. Htela bih da napomenem da sam cekirala decu al nije zabelezeno. Molim Vas za povratnu informaciju i da li apartman jma pogled na more. Hvala

Poštovana, interesuje me cena apartmana, a ne studija u ovom objektu u periodu od 20. do 31. 7. Idemo sa dvojicom dečaka od četrnaest godina, pa bi nam smeštaj u apartmanu bio ugodiniji.
