Escape Central Apartment is located in the village of Neos Marmaras, just 300 meters from the beautiful sandy beach. It is an ideal choice for families seeking modern and comfortable accommodation in a peaceful environment, close to all important amenities.

The apartment is situated on the high ground floor of a residential building without an elevator. It consists of a spacious living room, kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a sofa suitable for two people.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has air conditioning units in both the living room and bedroom, guests have access to free WiFi internet, TV, hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped with two ceramic hobs, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

The bathroom includes a shower with a glass partition (only tiles).

On one of the two balconies, furnished with a seating set, you can enjoy the view of the picturesque street, while in the distance, there is a partial view of the sea.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
