Mara House is situated in Neos Marmaras, 180 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the town center. This accommodation represents an excellent choice for guests seeking a neat and pleasant environment for a completely relaxing and peaceful vacation with a view of the sea.

There are two accommodation units located on the first floor.

The room can accommodate up to three adults. It consists of a bathroom and a kitchenette with a French bed and a single bed.

The apartment can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a French bed and a single bed, while the living room has a sofa bed.

The air-conditioned units include a TV, WiFi internet, and a hairdryer. The kitchenettes in each unit include a standard refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker.

Both units have a bathroom with a shower cabin.

On the ground floor, there is a veranda with a shared kitchen, equipped with a stove with two burners, a barbecue, as well as a dining table with chairs, ideal for shared meals and outdoor gatherings.

Both accommodation units have a shared rooftop balcony with a panoramic sea view, furnished with seating and a swing.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for cleaning, while bed linen and towels are changed every four days.

Private parking is provided for guests.

Mara House is located 18 km from Toroni, 20 km from Nikiti, and 108 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
