Accommodation description
Mara House is situated in Neos Marmaras, 180 meters from the beach and 600 meters from the town center. This accommodation represents an excellent choice for guests seeking a neat and pleasant environment for a completely relaxing and peaceful vacation with a view of the sea.
There are two accommodation units located on the first floor.
The room can accommodate up to three adults. It consists of a bathroom and a kitchenette with a French bed and a single bed.
The apartment can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a French bed and a single bed, while the living room has a sofa bed.
The air-conditioned units include a TV, WiFi internet, and a hairdryer. The kitchenettes in each unit include a standard refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
Both units have a bathroom with a shower cabin.
On the ground floor, there is a veranda with a shared kitchen, equipped with a stove with two burners, a barbecue, as well as a dining table with chairs, ideal for shared meals and outdoor gatherings.
Both accommodation units have a shared rooftop balcony with a panoramic sea view, furnished with seating and a swing.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning, while bed linen and towels are changed every four days.
Private parking is provided for guests.
Mara House is located 18 km from Toroni, 20 km from Nikiti, and 108 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

We just returned from Neos Marmaras and the impressions are excellent as always. The accommodation at Mara House contributed especially to that. The apartment is located in a beautiful place, close to the center on one side, and on the other side close to the town beach, which is also excellent. The uphill is a little steeper, but it is a 2-minute walk to enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and all of Neos. The apartments are extremely clean, and the hospitality of the owner Mara is unmatched. Every day she brought us a new surprise (melon, grapes, pies, cakes...). The apartments have their own parking, which is very important in Neos. The parking is secured right next to the house. A small kitchenette is available in the room, with a coffee maker and the necessary kitchen utensils, and on the terrace, which is beautiful, you can use a gas grill and there is a gas burner next to it if you want to cook something. All in all, we spent 10 lovely days and rested well. The air conditioning is, of course, included in the price.

This year we stayed at the Mara House accommodation. It is a wonderful place, the accommodation is excellent, the cleanliness is fantastic, and the location is fantastic. But the kindness and attitude toward guests from the owner Mara and her husband Miko is something priceless and beautiful. For me and my family, they did everything to make our holiday in their accommodation even more comfortable, relaxed, and beautiful. Wonderful people, a wonderful place, beautiful accommodation, and a terrace where you can enjoy yourself from morning until evening. Greetings to the owners from the Borović family.
