Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Mara House is located in Neos Marmaras, 180 m from the beach and 600 m from the town center. This accommodation is an excellent choice for guests seeking a tidy and pleasant environment for a completely relaxing and peaceful holiday with a sea view.
There are two accommodation units located on the first floor.
The room can accommodate a maximum of three adults. It consists of a bathroom and a small kitchenette with a double bed and a single bed.
The apartment can accommodate a maximum of four adults. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and a single bed, while the living room has a sofa bed.
The air-conditioned units include a TV, WiFi internet, and a hairdryer. The kitchenettes in each unit contain a standard refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker. On the ground floor, there is a veranda with a shared kitchen equipped with a stove with two burners, a barbecue, as well as a dining table with chairs, ideal for shared meals and outdoor gatherings.
Both accommodation units have a shared rooftop balcony with a panoramic sea view, equipped with seating and a swing.
Small pets are allowed in this accommodation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning, while bed linen and towels are changed every four days.
Private parking is provided for guests.
Mara House is 18 km away from Toroni, 20 km from Nikiti, and 108 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.
