Description
One of the most popular accommodations for Nea PotideaVangelis Garden House is the accommodation in Nea Potidea, in the second row from the sea, about 80m from the beach and close to a supermarket and bakery. It has double and triple studios and quadruple and quintuple apartments. It's located in a spacious and fenced yard, with lots of greenery and toys for safe children's play. There's a buil barbecue in the yard, as well as tables with chairs in the shade under the trees.

The quadruple apartments have one double and two single beds or four single beds, while the quintuple apartment has one double and three single beds.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a balcony with a sitting area, TV and internet. Kitchens are equipped with necessary dishes, a fridge and a hotplate. The bathrooms have small bathtubs with curtains.
Bed linen are replaced after four days, while the guests themselves maintain hygiene in the studio or the apartment.
There's no private parking, so guests can park their cars along the sidewalk in front of the house.
You will find the pharmacy and ATM in the center of the village, while the health center (if necessary) is located in Nea Moudania (6km).

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Dear Sir/Madam, we are interested in modest, small, apartment accommodation with a separate bedroom, since my husband snores a lot :( so, to have a corner sofa or any other bed in the living room, accommodation with a sea view, terrace, for two, in period from 25.08. to 04.09. The date is not fixed. If you have such an apartment or something similar, could you please tell us the price of such accommodation.Thank you.
