Our description
One of the most popular accommodations for Nea PotideaVangelis Garden House is the accommodation in Nea Potidea, in the second row from the sea, about 80m from the beach and close to a supermarket and bakery. It has double and triple studios and quadruple and quintuple apartments. It's located in a spacious and fenced yard, with lots of greenery and toys for safe children's play. There's a buil barbecue in the yard, as well as tables with chairs in the shade under the trees.
It has double and triple studios and quadruple and quintuple apartments. The double studios have one double bed, while the triple have one double and a single bed. The quadruple apartments have one double and two single beds or four single beds, while the quintuple apartment has one double and three single beds.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have a balcony with a sitting area, TV and internet. Kitchens are equipped with necessary dishes, a fridge and a hotplate. The bathrooms have small bathtubs with curtains.
Bed linen are replaced after four days, while the guests themselves maintain hygiene in the studio or the apartment.
There's no private parking, so guests can park their cars along the sidewalk in front of the house.
You will find the pharmacy and ATM in the center of the village, while the health center (if necessary) is located in Nea Moudania (6km).
Vangelis Garden House is the perfect choice for those who prefer a quiet holiday in the immediate vicinity of all the necessary facilities, wide sandy beach and promenade.

Vangelis Garden House has been operating since 1990 on the seaside of Nea Potidea. It's located at a very short distance from the beach, just 80m, built in the traditional style, with lovely rooms. It is a family business of high standards, with well-disposed people who make sure that you have a comfortable stay there. The house consists of double and triple studios, as well as quadruple studios with two rooms, available at very affordable prices.
All rooms are equipped with:

- Bath with toilet
- WiFi internet
- Air conditioning in some rooms
Additionally, on the northwestern side of the building, there is a green, recreation area, where you can enjoy your afternoon coffee. Cafe-bars, taverns, mini-markets and anything you need to cover your need for food and entertainment are a few meters away.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Soba je bila čista i uredna, terasa prostrana a posudje i uredjaji novi. Nije moderno ali je sasvim ugodno za boravak, domacini ljubazni. Plaza je iza ćoška a prodavnica na ćošku. Boravišnu taksu nam nisu naplatili kao ni nasim drugarima. Mi smo pogrešno shvatili da su peškiri uracunati pa smo ostali bez ali to je nasa greška. Sve preporuke u svakom slučaju.
