During your stay, you should clean the room once a week or explicitly state that guests are expected to maintain cleanliness themselves. This is an apartment, not a rented flat. You can replace towels whenever you request them from the owner. The internet is exceptionally good. And one more thing, slightly uncomfortable, but it must be mentioned. The toilet tank simply cannot flush everything away after a larger necessity.

We stayed in a premium apartment. Clean, bright, comfortable, everything is as described and shown in the pictures. Mrs. Stamatia is exceptionally kind, as is her husband. Very hospitable and cheerful people, yet unobtrusive and unpretentious. We attended a gathering of hosts and guests from Serbia who have been coming for 9 years in a row, and it felt like they were family. We stayed for 10 nights, and halfway through our vacation, we received new towels and bedding. The location is perfect. Although we read in reviews about noise, we absolutely have no complaints. When the balcony doors are closed, nothing can be heard. The only complaint we would make pertains to the kitchen. The burners hardly work, and perhaps you should consider adding a mini oven. Given that we were with a baby of 8 months, this was essential for us, but we managed. Everything else is perfect. Regarding the area, all recommendations. People, restaurants, shops, promenades, beaches, water… everything is superb. Overall, it is not expensive; some restaurants are even cheaper than at home. As for the large markets, they are about 2-3 km away. Lidl is cheaper than in Serbia. In the town itself, there is something for everyone - from 0+ to 77+. A warm recommendation for accommodation and the place. We will definitely return.

We stayed in a double studio at the beginning of June. The room is small but entirely sufficient. It has everything one needs. Clean and tidy. Everything works perfectly. The location is excellent, just three minutes to the beach and the center. The hostess is kind and always at your service, as is her husband. All praise!

The apartment is excellent, and the owners have taken care of every detail. Everything is practical and comfortable. Everything functions flawlessly, including the air conditioning and Wi-Fi... The beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and shops and restaurants are also located in the heart of Asprovalta. The only thing they could have done is change the bedding and towels on the fifth day for that price. Perhaps they do that upon request; I don't know, we didn't ask as we brought our own towels, and changing the bedding wasn't necessary for us.

I was very positively surprised by the apartment. Honestly, I had no high expectations considering the moment I made the reservation. This is one of the positive aspects of Asprovalta. The sea is beautiful, the beach is lovely, but overall, the service feels as if time has stood still for thirty years; everything takes over 45 minutes (drinks, food...). They seem to have lost their way regarding service. If you ask me whether I would book these apartments again if I decide on Asprovalta, the answer is YES, I would certainly put them at the top of my list.

We are pleased with the accommodation and service.

The room is not clean, the bed linens are changed only once, and the towels have been changed just once. I asked for sheets, but the landlord refused me. There is no frying pan in the kitchen, and frying is not allowed, which defeats the purpose of a studio apartment since I would like to fry potatoes or eggs and make sataras for my child. However, there are only two pots in the kitchen, so we can only cook soup. The heating in the rooms is 50 years old, and there is no microwave, so we can't even heat up ready-made meals. The location is good.

I truly do not understand what the landlord was thinking, expecting someone to cook beans or peas in those pots when staying in a studio apartment. We were there with a child, and we couldn't even make fries or fry eggs; we could only prepare soups. I requested an additional set of sheets, but the landlord refused to provide one. They do not clean anything at all; they only changed our towels once. The room is so small that we kept bumping into each other and could not pass by, and the bathroom is separated by accordion doors, which is a disaster, as it is also too small to turn around in. The terrace is nice, as is the location. The rating on Booking for this accommodation is 9.7, but I do not know based on what.

We stayed at the Stamatia apartment from June 20 to July 1, 2023, in a premium apartment of 60 m² with two bedrooms. All praises for the organization of the welcome, problem-solving (the refrigerator broke down and a new one was purchased within two hours), the cleanliness of the entire building and apartment, the private parking, and the location near the main street. The beach is a five-minute walk from the apartment, with several bars featuring sun loungers, fine sand, and warm, clear water. Everything described and shown on the website is authentic. A solid five stars; we hope to return. Asprovalta is a lovely little place with many markets close to the accommodation and an excellent fish market just 100 meters away. Best regards, Zoran.

The accommodation is quite good, although the location itself leaves much to be desired. The owner is very kind, helpful, and always available for any assistance.

A room without a terrace, 2 by 2, is simply not worth this amount. Everywhere you turn, people are renting rooms that offer washing machines, living rooms, kitchens, terraces, parking, and all of that for the same price. Cleanliness and other amenities are satisfactory, but for this room meant for two, which contains only a bed and requires the air conditioning to be on due to the excessive heat, the cramped space leads to discomfort and even the risk of catching a cold! Parking is always available, the location is excellent, yet we are disappointed by the disproportion between price and quality. It's quite arrogant.

The apartments are beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated. The entire villa is very pleasant. The lady is kind; I believe she is the owner. We arrived quite early, and she made an effort to come as soon as possible and prepare the room for us. She will change the linens and towels upon your request, but they will not do it on their own. The promenade and the beach are just a 10-minute walk from the villa; you just go down the street. We always found parking on the street, which is marked. There is some noise, but this is a tourist area :)
