Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
**If the deposit refund is possible, the guest will cover the sending costs. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen sending method and the bank. The average refund time after cancellation is three weeks.Description
Vista Apartment is situated in the village of Neos Marmaras, 170 m from the nearest beach, while the Paradisos beach is located at a distance of 650 m and 900 m from the marina and promenade. Comfortable and airy furnished accommodation with a sea view provides guests with a cozy and pleasant stay.
The apartment is located on the first floor of a building constructed on sloping terrain and can accommodate up to four adults. It consists of a living room, equipped kitchen, and a bedroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
The bedroom leads to a spacious veranda, partially embedded in the ground due to the construction on sloping terrain. It is furnished with a seating set and offers a view of the surroundings.
