Malama’s Apartment is a cozy and comfortable accommodation located in Neos Marmaras, on the Sithonia peninsula. Located 360 m from the city beach and in the very center of this magical resort, it offers guests a feeling of privacy and connection with all the amenities that are important for a carefree and fulfilling vacation.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is intended for a maximum of three adult guests and one child, while it consists of a living room, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a modern bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two guests.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, and the air conditioners are positioned in the living room and in the bedroom, providing the highest possible comfort during hot summer days. During the stay, guests have at their disposal two smart TVs, as well as a WiFi internet connection, ensuring the availability of all their favorite multimedia content. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary elements and is suitable for preparing meals, it features a large oven, a microwave, a built-in plate with four glass-ceramic hotplates, a dishwasher, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, a coffee machine and a kettle. Also, in this apartment guests have a hair dryer, as well as a washing and drying machine. This type of equipment promises that guests will feel at home while on vacation.

When it comes to the open space, guests can enjoy the porch, which is equipped with seating furniture and where they can enjoy the sounds of the waves and the smell of the Aegean Sea, bearing in mind that the accommodation is only a few dozens of meters away from the port.

It is not possible to stay with pets in this facility.

Cleaning and linen change service is organized every fifth day for stays longer than ten nights. An additional set of towels is also available, which guests can replace according to their needs.

Private parking is not provided for this facility, but parking is possible in the immediate vicinity of the building, along the street.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 25% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
