Our description
In the first row to the sea, just after Lagomandra beach, there is the Akti Alegra Maisonette. Very modernly equipped house is ideal for all those who want privacy and peace near the beach.
Just across the house there is the Tripotamos beach, practically an extension of Lagomandra beach which is about 600m away. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away.
It is a two-storey house with three bedrooms, and next to it there are two more houses for rent. Two bedrooms have one double bed each, the third one has two single beds of smaller dimensions (for children) and in the room with kitchen and dining room there is a sofa. The kitchen has a stove and a large refrigerator with freezer. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower cabin, and the other one with an enclosed shower area and a curtain. There are balconies on each floor and they have a direct sea view. The house has air conditioning, TV and internet. Cleaning is done after five days, and changing of bed linen and towels is done at guests' request.
Private parking lot is available within the fenced yard.
Coming from the direction of Nikiti, turn off the highway into the first street on the right after passing Lagomandra beach and the first house on the left is Akti Alegra Maisonette.

Akti Alegra is a newly built 3-floor maisonette on Tripotamos beach in Nikiti.
It consists of three bedrooms with two double, two single and a sofa bed with anatomic mattress, fully equipped kitchen, three dining rooms and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to eight people.
A parking is available in the garden.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Poštovani, Godinama unazad letujemo u Grčkoj uz rezervacije preko vas. Termin za 2024.koji nam odgovara je 16.07.-25.07. Treba nam app kapaciteta 2 odrasla i 3 dece (10, 7, 5). Prošle godine smo bili u Siviriju, Alkioni by the see. I ove godine dolazi u obzir, ali može da bude i nešto drugo u tom rangu, blizu plaže na Kasandri ili na Sitoniji... očekujem vaše predloge... hvala ☺️
