In Nikiti, in one of the most attractive destinations in Sithonia, Chalkidiki you will encounter the hidden paradise of your holidays.
Our apartments to let are a family business which expresses a new philosophy in the renting of tourist lodgings and aims at upgrading our tenants’ quality of life at particularly attractive prices.
Our apartments are designed on the basis of the modern functional needs of a family, according to the requirements of new technology and out of respect towards our environment.
Executive Suite is the most special suite of the accommodation. Comfort and luxury are provided generously, by the abstract design and the open spaces.
An autonomous apartment on the 2nd floor, in front of the sea, it is divided into two rooms with a sliding glass door.
In the first space the bedroom with an anatomical queen-size bed, open closet, desk, a/c,
a tv, and an auxiliary footstool.
In the second area, in the living room, you will find two comfortable sofas (single beds), covered with linen fabrics and down pillows, one of which can be a double bed to accommodate a fifth person. There is an office, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a closed closet, and an endless view of the sea.
The ceiling of the living room opens with a computer, whenever you want, and in combination with the large opening glass surfaces, they give you the opportunity to turn your living room into an open space where you will feel the sea breeze or the starry summer sky, in moments of relaxation, in your home.
The comfortable living room leads to a private terrace, which can be combined with the rest of the space, with unrestricted views of the sea, beautiful sunsets, a second dining area and an electric shading awning. The bathroom with a shower cabin and your own washing machine completes the feeling that you are enjoying your private personal vacation.Amenities:

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Smestaj je za svaku preporuku.Nalazi se u mirnom delu Nikitija. Nas 5 je bilo u 4 Bed Studio (4+1), Two-level smestaju koji ima 3 terase (jedna sa 4 stolice i stolom, druge 2 sa ljuljaskama), potpuno opremljenu kuhinju (escajg, posudje, aparati), veliki frizider i zamrzivac. Bracni krevet na spratu prostram i kvalitetan, na donjem delu velika sofa na razvlacenje. Krevetac nam je takodje bio na raspolaganju bez ikakve nadoknade. Kao sto je napisano, smestaj je ciscen svakodnevno, peskiri menjani na 3 dana. Gazdarica i sin su veoma ljubazni, predusretljivi i dostupni uvek za bilo kakvo pitanje (mi smo npr obelezili cerkin rodjendan u dvoristu). Pocetak setalista je na nekih 300m-400m, ima jedan bar ispred smestaja ali je preskup u odnosu na ostale. Plaza levo od tog bara je odlicna za decu. Svi gosti pri odlasku dobijaju mali znak paznje i vidu maslinog drveta.
