In a quiet part of Nikiti, just one row back from the sea, you’ll find the modernly equipped Ikies Suites By The Sea.

It is located only 40 meters from the sandy town beach (just across the street), about 900 meters from the nearest market, and around 200 meters from taverns.

The accommodation offers four triple studios, eight quadruple studios, and one five-bed apartment.

The triple studios are located in the semi-basement and are intended for up to three adults. They feature a kitchen with a sleeping area and a bathroom. The beds include one double bed and one single bed.

The quadruple studios are situated on the first and second floors. Four of these studios have a double bed and a pull-out drawer bed.

The other four studios have a gallery/mezzanine layout with a living room that includes a sofa bed for two people, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The double bed is located on the gallery, accessible by stairs.

The five-bed apartment is located in a second building, in the first row from the sea, above the bar.
In the spacious living room with a retractable roof, there is a corner sofa and a fully equipped kitchen. A glass wall separates the living room from the terrace, which offers a direct sea view. The bedroom is also separated by a glass wall, featuring a double bed and direct access to the bathroom.

All accommodation units are equipped with a TV, air conditioning, hairdryer, mosquito nets, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin, and Wi-Fi access. Kitchens include a stove, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a toaster, an electric kettle, and a coffee machine. The semi-basement studios also include a fan, a safe, and a microwave.

A baby cot is available on request.

The courtyard is small but nicely arranged, with a seating set and a swing.

Cleaning, as well as towel and bed linen replacement, is done daily.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
