This is our third time vacationing at this accommodation. The lodging itself is nothing extraordinary, typical for Greece, but the reasons we return are its excellent location, beautiful courtyard, pool, and exceptional cleanliness (the apartment is maintained daily, with towels changed at least three times). It offers peace and quiet, perfectly situated for exploring the most beautiful beaches. Ideal for families with children.

An excellent accommodation. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The property is set back from the main road, so we did not hear any noise from the cars. The owners are very kind and available for all our requests. The water in the pool is clean and pleasant, although we did not use it excessively. All praises.

It belongs to Metamorphosis, not Nikiti. The furniture is old, worn out, and rickety, and the sanitary facilities are also in poor condition. The shower cabin lacks a door and cannot be closed. The kitchen faucet does not work for hot water. The good thing is that there is a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. We are accommodated next to the owners, an elderly couple, who can be somewhat bothersome. They remind you to close the window or door when the air conditioning is on, which is not really feasible if you are preparing a meal. The place is kept clean at all times, and they frequently change the bedding and towels. The pool is impeccably maintained, as is the yard. The property is located next to the main road, but all the windows and doors are facing the opposite direction, so there is no noise. You can only hear it when you are by the pool.

Excellent accommodation

The accommodation is satisfactory, but it bothered me that, for example, all four plates are different. The cooking pot looks as if twenty of us are in the room. The towels are old and worn out, and the stove appears prehistoric. I think it would be nice if we could find at least a sponge for dishes and detergent upon arrival, so I wouldn't have to go shopping right away. Also, it would be good to have at least the basic necessities: coffee, sugar, and salt.

The gentleman and lady are exceptionally kind, everything is clean and tidy. The yard is spacious and very well-kept, the pool was not operational as it was reportedly drained due to rain. They change the bedding every three days and take out the trash daily.

The accommodation is very comfortable, featuring a spacious terrace and a separate children's room (we stayed in a four-person apartment). Everything is impeccably clean, with linen changed halfway through our stay and rooms cleaned daily. The yard is beautiful and spacious, as is the pool, which is not crowded due to the limited number of rooms/apartments available. There is a small beach nearby, and we explored other beaches by car; the location is excellent. For evening strolls, Metamorfozis is closer, just 5-10 minutes away, so we often went there, while reaching Nikiti or the supermarket requires a short drive (a few minutes). Overall, we were very satisfied and highly recommend it!

A particular advantage is the pool, especially for children, as our daughter swam there every day after the beach. Additionally, the area is quite enclosed, allowing the kids to play independently. The location was also good for us, as we frequently ventured to the other side of the island as well as to Neos Marmaras. The local beach is just below the accommodation, a five-minute walk away, and it is very beautiful and spacious, though lacking in amenities.

There is a nice gazebo in the yard with tables and chairs for dining, but it was not an option for us to carry and return all the utensils and food for five from the second floor for every meal. The furniture is quite old and "patched up." The sink was cracked in one part, the cable from the stove was poorly taped with insulation tape, the bed was repaired with a board that broke twice before they replaced it with a proper one, and the shower cabin is the smallest possible. Overall, unexpectedly poor furniture, bathroom, and the general size of the apartment for five people for that price. It is also negative that the property is "surrounded" by a highway, which is extremely busy, so throughout the day and night, we hear vehicles passing by, speeding, braking... we never felt like we were at the sea (the sound of the sea, nature sounds - birds, crickets, cicadas, etc.), but rather that we were in a city on a boulevard.

Everything was wonderful! The service, cleanliness, and the hospitality of the hosts were exceptional... The only aspect we found disappointing was that the pool was drained. They refused to fill it, supposedly due to some issue with the pool. However, I believe they did not want to fill it because it was the end of the season.

The accommodation is situated in a beautiful environment. If you are traveling by car and plan to explore the rest of Sithonia, this is an ideal choice. However, if your intention is to swim at the nearest beach, it may not be the best option. The accommodation is only a 5-minute walk from Metamorfosi, although it is officially part of Nikiti. You would still need to drive to reach it. The accommodation itself is stunning, located in a lovely setting surrounded by nature. Peace and quiet are guaranteed. The pool is fantastic, with clean and warm water. Regarding hygiene, in the 15 years we have been vacationing in Greece, we have never stayed in a cleaner accommodation. Trash is taken out daily, and beds are made if you happen to skip that. Fresh towels are provided every two to three days, and the bed linens were changed three times during our 11-day stay. The hosts are excellent. I absolutely recommend them!

We are pleased with the accommodation and the location. The experience in person is more beautiful than in the pictures. Nearby, there is a wild beach that we really enjoyed. The children had a great time in the spacious yard of the villa and in the pool. The only thing I must mention is that there are many mosquitoes, so parents with children should definitely bring mosquito repellent.

Anagnostou studios left a very pleasant impression on us! The studio we stayed in on the ground floor had very few drawbacks (it was a bit dim, the shower cabin was quite small, and like everywhere, there was a shortage of dishes). However, since the owners are genuinely nice, they will assist you with whatever you need. The courtyard and pool are top-notch, surrounded by lush greenery. Everything is very well maintained, including the parking for cars. They changed our linens and towels three times in ten days. The beach is very close, but it's suited for those who enjoy wild beaches with natural shade and no amenities (the owners are there to assist with umbrellas and chairs). In our opinion, the biggest issue is the mosquitoes. There are many of them, and you really need "heavy artillery" for them. Essentially, this is an ideal accommodation for people yearning for a true vacation and for families with small children.

Apartment 9/10, the kitchen could be a bit more spacious, cleanliness 10/10. The pool and yard are rated 9/10 - a bit more children's furniture would be beneficial. The beach is rated 9/10, located about 200m from the sea, it has natural shade, slightly overgrown but not dirty, rather wild. The pool is excellent, not suitable for all-day swimming, but perfect for cooling off in the afternoon and evening. Location 8/10, Metamorfozis is a lovely place for an evening stroll, but the return path through the forest, about 400-500 meters long, is poorly lit. All in all - a solid 9. Highly recommended!

At the beginning of September, I spent ten days in this apartment with my husband and our six-month-old baby. We chose this accommodation for its tranquil location, just a few minutes' drive from Nikiti. Upon our arrival, we discovered that the Anagnostou apartments were even better than depicted in the photographs. The rooms feature spacious terraces, are cleaned every other day, and the pool is ideal if you prefer not to go to the beach, as it is very clean, and the area around the pool is beautifully landscaped. There is also a parking area shaded by olive trees, keeping your car cool. Surrounding the apartment is a coniferous forest. The beach next to the apartment offers natural shade and is also a great option if you don't want to explore new beaches on Sithonia every day. The hosts are incredibly kind and hospitable. The entire courtyard is maintained impeccably.
