Lianna Apartments is located in a quieter part of Nikiti, not far from the center. The facility is well maintained, tidy and well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. A quiet location surrounded by greenery can be ideal for a vacation.
It is located about 700m from the beach, 500m from a doctor’s office and a pharmacy, while a supermarket and a bakery are less than 150m away.
The offer includes two maisonettes on two levels, located on the first and second floors. One maisonette is intended to accommodate five people, with the note that the fifth person can only be a child up to eight years old, while the other maisonette is intended for four adults.
In the five-bed maisonette, on the lower level (first floor), there is a living room with two sofas, one of which unfolds and is suitable for two people, as well as a kitchen and a toilet. On the upper level, on the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
In the four-bed maisonette, on the lower level (first floor), there is a living room with two single sofas, as well as a kitchen and a toilet. On the upper level, on the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, and the possibility of adding a baby cot. The kitchen includes a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, and all necessary kitchenware.
Each maisonette has four balconies — one on each level at the front and the back.
The yard is fenced, safe and has seating furniture.
The cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every five days.
The accommodation does not have private parking, guests can park in front of the accommodation, along the street.
