Olimp Studio is located in Olympic Beach, a resort at the foot of Mount Olympus, on the coast of the Aegean Sea, suitable for a peaceful family vacation with a rich offering of souvenirs, jewelry, fur, clothing, and with warm sea and a sandy beach which is 140m away.

The studio, situated on the third floor of a building that does not have an elevator, has two double beds, suitable for a maximum of four adults.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen smart TV, a hairdryer, as well as a kitchen equipped for preparing light meals, including an induction hob with two hotplates, a microwave, a fridge with a freezer compartment, and an electric kettle.

Enjoy pleasant mornings and evenings on the furnished balcony.

In this accommodation, pets are allowed upon request and with an extra charge of 50€ per reservation.

Guests are responsible for cleaning the accommodation during their stay, as well as for changing bed linen and towels, which they receive upon request every fifth day. Additionally, guests have the option of paying 30€ per service for cleaning the accommodation.

Although parking is not provided for guests of this accommodation, there is always available street parking near the accommodation.

Olimp Studio is located 5km away from the popular resort of Paralia, 34km from Leptokarya, while the nearest airport in Thessaloniki is 102km away.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
