Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Demmy's Apartment is located in the village of Potamia, 2.8km from Golden Beach on the island of Thassos. Situated in a peaceful area, it offers an excellent combination of a natural environment and comfortable accommodation. Surrounded by greenery, this apartment is perfect for those seeking relaxation in the tranquility and freshness of nature.
The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to five guests. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and the living room includes a sofa bed for one person.
A baby crib is available upon request at no extra charge.
