Demmy's Apartment is located in the village of Potamia, 2.8km from Golden Beach on the island of Thassos.
The accommodation unit is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to five people. It consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, and the living room includes a sofa bed for one person.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra charge.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
