Our description
Hermiones Apartments is a modernly decorated accommodation with a pool, located 800 m from the city's sandy beach in Nikiti, as well as restaurants, bars, and souvenir shops. The gracious owner is always available to guests.
The nearest larger supermarkets, Masutis and Vasilopulos, are located approximately 300m away, as well as Lidl, which is around 800 m from the accommodation. The well-known bakery, Gavanas, where you can enjoy fresh pastries and Greek sweet specialties, is only 100 m away from the accommodation.
There are three studios and two apartments available. All units are located on the ground floor.
The Orange triple studio features one double bed, one single bed, and a sofa.
The Gray quadruple studio has one double bed and a pull-out sofa, making it suitable for two adults and two small children.
The Purple five-bed studio has one double bed, one single bed, and a sofa for two.
The Blue and Yellow quadruple apartments have one double bed in a separate bedroom and a sofa for two people located in the kitchen.
All units have a kitchen equipped with a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove or induction cooktop with two burners, a kettle, a toaster, necessary dishes, and a table with chairs.
The bathroom features a shower with a curtain.
The terraces of all units are not completely enclosed but are divided by a higher fence, each with its own seating set and a view of the pool, except for the Yellow and Purple studios, which are located on the other side of the house and have a view of the yard.
All studios and apartments are air-conditioned and have a TV and free Wi-Fi.
In the well-maintained and fenced yard, there is a pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, and guests also have access to a barbecue.
Towel replacement and cleaning of the accommodation units are done every three days, while bedding is changed halfway through the stay.
The accommodation does not have its own private parking, but there is a public parking nearby, where there is usually space available and it is free.

Hermiones Apartments are located in Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, 800m from the beach where there are a lot of fish taverns, restaurants with traditional dishes, souvenir shops and beach bars.
Within this accommodation, there are two apartments and three studios intended for accommodation of three to five people. All accommodation units have free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, a kitchen with a fridge, a stove with two hot plates, a kettle, and a toaster.
Within this accommodation, it is possible to add a baby cot and this service is not charged additionally.
Your stay will be made more pleasant by the well-maintained and beautifully decorated yard, the pool with deck chairs around the pool and umbrellas, an outdoor shower as well as summer evenings spent next to a barbecue.
Accommodation units are cleaned and towels are changed every three days, while bed linen is changed halfway through the stay.
There is a free public parking lot near the accommodation, where always exists free spaces.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, 50% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
