The larger supermarket Vasilopulos is located 700 meters from the accommodation, Masutis approximately 1km away, and Lidl at 1.4 km.
The 130m2 apartment is situated on the second floor and features two bedrooms, one with a king-size French bed and a walk-in closet, and the other with two connected single beds, a bathroom, two fully equipped kitchens, a beautiful living room, two large balconies, and a storage room with two washing machines (for laundry and drying).
In the living room, there is a large corner sofa where two people can sleep, and an additional sofa bed can be added. A baby cot is also available upon request.
There are two kitchens - one inside the unit and the other on the large terrace, which includes a barbecue, dishwasher, dining area, seating area, and a phenomenal distant sea view.
The kitchen inside the unit is modernly equipped, with carefully selected appliances and elements that meet all the guests' needs. Every detail is designed to provide maximum functionality. The kitchen includes a high chair for babies, a coffee machine, an oven, an induction hob with four burners, an electric kettle, a microwave, a large fridge, and another dishwasher.
The large bathroom features a shower cabin, and guests have access to an iron, hairdryer, and toiletries. The accommodation offers a TV and air conditioning in every room, Wi-Fi internet, and private parking.
Towels and bed linen are provided, and cleaning is done twice a week.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Hello, Can you please let me know if you have any availability along with cost for 2 adults with kids 14 and 16 years old for July 12 to July 18th or 19th? Let me know if there is availability for a family of 6 as well. 2 adults and 4 kids ranging from 12 to 18. Thank you!
