Hotel Description

Mara’s Marina’s Home is an ideal choice for families with young children, located in a peaceful location, in the second row from the the sandy beach.

The city beach and the center of Nikiti with its promenade and all the attractions this place offers (taverns, restaurants, souvenir shops, bakeries, bars) are approximately 2.5km away.

The accommodation consists of one four-bed studio and two five-bed apartments on the upper ground floor, as well as two duplex apartments located on the first floor.

The four-bed studio features a queen-size bed and a sofa for two. One of the five-bed apartments has a queen-size bed, while the other has two connected single beds, a sofa for two, and a folding armchair. The duplex apartment with two bedrooms has two connected single beds, one single bed, and a sofa or two queen-size beds and two sofas.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, equipped with a TV (apartments have an additional air conditioning unit and TV in the bedroom), mosquito nets, internet, a safety deposit box, mosquito nets, and a hairdryer. They also have a balcony (apartments have an additional balcony). Duplex apartments offer a direct sea view. A shared washing machine is also available, and its usage is included in the price.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils, a stove with two burners (only one duplex apartment has an induction hob), a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, and a small oven. There is a large refrigerator with a freezer in the kitchen. All accommodation units have a shower cabin in their bathrooms, except for one duplex apartment which has a bathtub.

Guests have access to private parking, a large landscaped and fenced yard with shade and a well-maintained lawn, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, a children’s playground, a gazebo in the yard, as well as free sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done every three days. Small pets are allowed, with an additional charge for larger pets. A baby cot is available upon request.

You will find the property below the main highway, approximately 5km after passing the turn-off for Metamorfosi when coming from Thessaloniki.

Policies

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, 15% of total reservation will be charged. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 50% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
