Andrea’s Maisonettes & Apartments is a complex located at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts, in Nikiti, a place nestled in greenery and pine trees, with a beautifully arranged and long promenade full of bars, restaurants, pastry shops, and taverns, as well as a beautiful, long, sandy beach with turquoise water, from which this accommodation is 100m away.
Within this accommodation, there are apartments with one or two bedrooms, located in the basement and on the first floor, intended for accommodation of up to six adults.
The apartments, located in the basement, intended for a maximum of four adults, consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. In these apartments, the bedroom contains a double bed or two single beds, while the living room has two single beds or a double bed.
The apartments, intended for a maximum of six adults, are structured as maisonettes on two levels. On the lower level, at the first-floor level, there is a living room with a kitchen, while on the upper level, at the second-floor level, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms in these apartments has a double bed, the other has a single bed and a trundle bed, and the living room has two single sofas.
Upon request, a baby cot is available within the price.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, with air conditioning in the living room and each bedroom in the maisonettes, and one air conditioner in the living room in the apartments, guests have access to free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, and a kitchen equipped with a stove with four burners, a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, overlooking the courtyard, on the veranda or balcony, depending on the floor level, equipped with seating sets.
Your stay can be enhanced by the possibility of preparing barbecue with family and friends, as well as plenty of space for relaxation and peace in this well-kept and maintained yard, which includes a corner for your youngest ones, equipped with a trampoline, slide, and toys. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
For stays longer than seven days, cleaning of accommodation units, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every fourth day, while for shorter stays, cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests also have access to a laundry service within the price.
A limited number of parking spaces is provided for guests of the maisonettes, which does not meet the capacity of the accommodation facility. However, additional free parking spaces can be found near the accommodation, along the street.
This accommodation welcomes its guests throughout the year.

An apartment highly recommended. Clean, comfortable, located just 50 meters from the beach and promenade. The landlady, Jana, is kind and pleasant.
