Galini Villa is located 1.7 km from the city beach in Nikiti and offers comfortable accommodation in the serene setting of the old village of Nikiti on Sithonia, making it a perfect place for relaxation and an escape from daily hustle and bustle. The spacious yard in front of the villa creates a pleasant atmosphere for outdoor enjoyment, making it an ideal choice for one or multiple families.

The apartment, designed as a two-level maisonette, can accommodate up to six adults. The ground floor includes a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the upper floor has three bedrooms and another bathroom. All bedrooms have double beds.

The villa provides modern conveniences, including air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, free Wi-Fi, a TV, a hairdryer, and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove with four ceramic burners, a large oven, a fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.

From the balcony, furnished with a comfortable seating set, guests can enjoy views of the beautifully landscaped yard. Additionally, a gazebo with seating and a barbecue offer an excellent opportunity for relaxing moments outdoors.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the property during their stay. Every fifth day, a clean set of towels and bedding is provided for guests to change independently.

Three parking spaces are available for guests at the property.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 25% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
