Description
Cozy Home is located in the village of Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coast. This accommodation is 400m away from the beach.
The accommodation unit consists of two levels and can accommodate a maximum of four adults and two children. On the first level (ground floor level) there is a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. While on the second level (first floor level) there is a bedroom and a toilet. In the bedrooms, there is a double bed, while in the living room there are two sofas for one person each.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has independent cooling units in the living room and in the bedroom, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV, free WiFi internet, mosquito nets, a hairdryer, a washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, and a large fridge with a freezer. The bathroom has a shower tray with a curtain.
On warm summer days, with a view of the garden, guests can spend time on the veranda equipped with a seating set.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and take care of hygiene during their stay. An additional set of towels and bed linen is available, and guests are responsible for changing them.
There is no private parking, but a free parking space can easily be found nearby the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
