Hotel Description

Kaplanis House is an accommodation located on a hill above the center of Neos Marmaras. Recently renovated, it offers clean, comfortable, modern, and tastefully decorated rooms with quality furniture. In addition to its convenient location, where most amenities are within easy reach, this accommodation provides comfort and elegance.

The city beach is just over 1km away, while the Paradisos beach is around 600-700m away. There is also a small undeveloped beach in a cove less than 400m away, not very popular, but still usable. Within walking distance, just a few minutes away, there are numerous restaurants, bars, taverns, bakeries, pharmacies, supermarkets, and shops that stay open late.

This four-story house offers 23 accommodation units, including eight double rooms, three double studios, six triple studios, five Junior suite apartments for up to four people, and one Family Deluxe Suite for five people.

All double rooms and studios feature one double bed, while triple studios have one double bed and one single bed. Only one of them is equipped with a double bed and a sofa.

Junior suite apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds or a sofa for two in the living room.

The Family Deluxe suite apartment has two bathrooms, two TVs, one double bed in the bedroom, and one double bed and a sofa in the living room. This unit has a large and furnished balcony (20m2) that offers privacy. Due to its cascading construction, you descend stairs leading to the basement to reach the apartment, but the balcony and entrance to the apartment are actually on the raised ground floor.

Double rooms only have a mini-bar. All other units feature a kitchen with a standard fridge and stove.

The bathrooms are equipped with shower cabins with or without curtains.

Amenities include a spacious balcony with an awning, seating area, and clothes dryer, air conditioning, WiFi internet, TV, and DVD player.

Some units have a side sea view, while others overlook the park and the street.

Upon request, you can receive an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and coffee maker.

The rooms are cleaned and aired daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days.

There is no courtyard, but there is street parking available around the accommodation.

The quickest way to reach the accommodation is to turn from the main road (coming from Nikiti) at the first entrance to Neos Marmaras and continue straight for about 500m.

Kaplanis House can be a good choice for families and couples looking for a beautifully furnished, functional, and tidy accommodation that, despite its excellent central location, is slightly removed from the noise and crowds.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
