Description
Kastri Elia Suites is a newly built establishment located outside the town of Nikiti, at the beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the western and eastern coasts. This accommodation is 450m away from the beach and 3.8km from the central square, promenade, marina, restaurants, and cafes.
In its offer, it has ten accommodation units, and the stay is based on bed and breakfast. They are located in the basement, ground floor, first floor, and/or attic, and can accommodate up to four people maximum. The accommodation units consist of a double bed and a sofa bed for two persons.
Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, a ceiling fan, as well as a kitchenette with a stove with two ceramic hobs, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a kettle, and a coffee maker. Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 14 days prior arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
