Apollonas Beachfront Apartment is located in the village of Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, just 100m from the beach. The accommodation is perfect for those who wish to enjoy a sea view and a spacious garden with natural shade. The town center and harbor are 600m away.

The accommodation unit, structured as a maisonette, can accommodate up to five adults. On the first level, at ground level, there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet. On the second level, on the first floor, there is a bathroom and two bedrooms - one bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds. The living room also includes a sofa for one person.

All rooms are air-conditioned, guests have access to a TV, WiFi internet, mosquito nets, a washing machine, a kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The bathroom features a shower tray without a tub, with a glass partition.

From the veranda and balcony, equipped with a seating area, guests can enjoy a direct view of the sea and the garden. In the property’s yard, which is fenced and beautifully landscaped for enjoyment, guests can barbecue with family and friends.

Pets are not allowed. There is no private parking, but free parking can easily be found in front of the accommodation, and there is also a public parking lot 100m away.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. They are provided with towels and bed linen, which are changed only after leaving the accommodation.

Apollonas Beachfront Apartment is located 6.2km from the town of Metamorfosi, 22.8km from the popular resort of Neos Marmaras, and 87.3km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 35% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

For bookings of fewer than 6 nights, an additional fee may apply. - for a 5-night stay, an additional fee of 50€ will be added to the total price of the stay, - for a 4-night stay, an additional fee of 100€ will be added to the total price of the stay, - for a 3-night stay, an additional fee of 150€ will be added to the total price of the stay.
