Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Seashell Maisonette is located in Nikiti, just 420 meters from the sandy beach and only a few minutes’ walk from all local amenities. Thanks to its excellent location and pleasant atmosphere, it is an ideal choice for families, couples, and friends, as well as a great starting point for exploring the beautiful Sithonia peninsula.
This two-bedroom apartment is suitable for up to four adults and one child, and its layout is designed as a maisonette divided into two levels. On the lower level, the ground floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, and a toilet, while on the upper level, the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. One bedroom features a double bed, the other is equipped with bunk beds, and the living room includes a sofa suitable for one person.
A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.
This air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with both air conditioning units and TVs in the living room and in each bedroom, also offers free Wi-Fi internet, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster.
