Our description
Happy Villavis a family villa which offers studios and apartment with sea view and is located in a small fishing village Skala Maries. Accommodation is popular because of nice location, kind owners, good hygiene and affordable prices. All the units are comfort and nicely decorated. There is a barbicue in the garden.
Skala Maries is known for two very beautiful beaches, Atspas beach located close to the villa (at approximately 250m via shortcut) and Sunset Beach at about 900m.
Happy villa consists of two floors- ground and the first and floor. There are two studios on the ground floor and one apartment on the upper floor available for online reservations.
The building is located in the third row from the sea. The studios (25m2) are very clean. They have two single beds or one double bed with a possibility to add an extra bed if needed. Units have a new furniture, equipped kitchen, microwave, WiFi internet, air conditioning, TV, dining table, wardrobe and a bathroom. Both studios are turned to the sea but one unit has a slightly nicer view than the other because it is obstructed by the building in front. Balconies are separated.
One apartment (55-60m2) on the first floor with a sea view is available from the season 2018. Before that, the owners were living here. This unit is intended for two adults with three children. In the bedroom, there is one double bed and a sofa for one child. In the living room, there's a fold out sofa and a kitchen with a big refrigerator, stove, toaster and microwave. In the bathroom, there's a hairdryer and a shower cabin. On the balcony, there is a BBQ. The owners can provide a baby cot and extra bed. The balcony is accessible from both rooms.
Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is done every three days. There is an iron in each unit.
In front of the studios, there's a garden and a place to rest under the shade. On the road, in front of the house, there's enough space to park your car.
The owners are selling homemade olive oil.
Arriving from the direction of Prinos, turn to the right 750m after you cross the overpass. Continue driving alongside and turn to the right after 100m. After 180m the path will take you in front of the villa that'll be on your left-hand side. The only flaw that the villa has is the access. There is approximately 300-450m of dirt road.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Veoma komforna smeštajna jedinica, kompletno opremljena do najsitnijih detalja. Prostrana terasa, pogled na more. Čistoća na izuzetno visokom nivou.

Smestaj je nadmasio nasa ocekivanja kao i gazde koje su fantasticni ljudi...ljudi koji vole zivotinje (mi smo bili sa malim psom), imaju dvoriste (u kom je nas pas uzivao) i 7 pitomih macaka u njemu <3. Sve smo se lepo dogovarali i nije postojao ni jedan jedini problem pa je uzivanje trajalo svih 10 dana. Smestaj je na brdascetu na kome se dosta objekata tek gradi tako da putevi nisu zavrseni, ali nama to nije ni malo smetalo...stavise jako nam je odgovaralo sto je tako mirno i tiho, daleko od guzvi sa obale i daleko od glavnog puta...a opet, za 30 sekundu kolima ste na glavnom putu, a za minut ste u centru Skale Marion na obali. Takodje zelimo jako da se zahvalimo agenciji Nikata koja nam je ovo omogucila. Takodje smo pratili i njihov vodic za Tasos koji sadrzi bas jako dobre smernice. Sto se nas tice, sledece godine opet sa Nikanom :)
