I completely agree with the previous comments regarding this accommodation. My husband and I stayed in apartment number 2, and we are absolutely satisfied. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary: a beautiful and well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable French bed, a spacious bathroom, and various additional amenities (a wardrobe, an ironing board with an iron, nightstands, a small dining table, a dressing table with a mirror, a hairdryer...). Everything is well organized and clean. The bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Above us, since our apartment is on the ground floor, live the owners who are very kind and always ask if everything is alright, if you need anything, and so on. The terrace is lovely, spacious enough, and offers a view of the courtyard and the sea. The accommodation consists of two apartments on the ground floor and one larger one upstairs. All apartments overlook a small but beautiful courtyard and the sea. I really liked the courtyard; it has plenty of shade from the vines and flowers... small, but lovely. A significant advantage is that the accommodation is perfect for sleeping. There is always peace and quiet, making it pleasant at all times. Even during the day, when the sun is shining, it is comfortable in the accommodation and on the terrace, thanks to the shade from the vines and the fact that the villa is slightly elevated, where a gentle breeze always blows. Another plus is that the road to the villa has recently been paved. Walking from the villa to the center of Skala Marion takes about ten minutes, and to Atspas beach no more than five minutes. It takes a little longer on the way back due to the uphill (this refers to walking). By car, it’s just two minutes. And yes, this time we encountered a few little kittens... which made my holiday even more delightful, as I adore animals. When we come back to Thassos again, and this was our third visit, there is a high probability that we will stay in this accommodation again.

A highly comfortable accommodation unit, fully equipped down to the smallest details. A spacious terrace with a view of the sea. Cleanliness is maintained at an exceptionally high level.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations, as did the hosts who are truly wonderful people... individuals who love animals (we brought our small dog), have a yard (where our dog enjoyed himself), and seven tame cats roaming about <3. We communicated beautifully and encountered not a single problem, allowing our enjoyment to last for the entire ten days. The accommodation is situated on a small hill where many properties are still under construction, so the roads are not yet finished, but this did not bother us at all... on the contrary, we found it incredibly peaceful and quiet, far from the crowds by the coast and distant from the main road... yet, in just thirty seconds by car, you reach the main road, and in a minute, you are in the center of Skala Marion by the seaside. We also want to express our heartfelt thanks to the Nikata agency that made this possible for us. We also followed their guide for Thassos, which contains very good recommendations. As far as we are concerned, we will be returning with Nikana next year :)

Villa Happy is truly the best accommodation on Thassos. The owners of the villa, Mrs. Giota and Mr. Kiriakis, are exceptionally hospitable, warm-hearted, and they greatly respect their guests while communicating excellently with them. All accommodation facilities of the villa are of a high standard regarding comfort, hygiene, and everything necessary for a relaxing holiday. The villa boasts spacious terraces and a yard, all offering a view of the sea. The apartments are cleaned, and the linens are changed every three days, so there is no need to bring anything from home as everything is provided in the accommodation. The furniture in the villa is new and lightly used, and the beds are spacious and extremely comfortable. The villa is situated on a hill overlooking the well-known and very popular Atspas beach, which is reachable by boat in less than 5 minutes, adding to the advantages of this accommodation. The villa also has its own secured parking. All praises and recommendations for Villa Happy and its hosts, especially for Mrs. Giota, who is always at your disposal.

Skala Marion is an exceptionally tranquil and beautiful place, featuring a stunning sunset. The accommodation is situated at the very top of a hill, with a somewhat challenging approach, as part of the road is unpaved. The accommodation itself is in a peaceful, isolated location. Parking is conveniently located right in front of the villa, on a street where traffic is almost nonexistent. The studio we stayed in is decent and clean. It contains everything necessary: a functional kitchen, and the bathroom is tidy and well-kept. Bed linens and towels are changed every three days. The studio features a small terrace that, in our case, offers a view of the sea, although it is somewhat obstructed by a building in front. Atspas beach is located about 250 meters from the accommodation; it is beautiful and definitely worth visiting, especially in the evening before sunset.

Exceptionally clean, beautifully arranged, and pleasant accommodation. It has everything you need (hairdryer, iron, microwave, 2 hot plates, kettle, coffee maker, utensils), except for an oven. The double bed is spacious and comfortable. The studio is somewhat dark when the door is closed. In the yard, there are cats that should not be fed, as you will then be unable to shoo them away. We refrained from doing so, even though we love cats, and they left us in peace. The terrace offers a view of the sea. Everything is truly clean; bed linens, towels, and toilet paper are changed every three days. The landlady is very kind and unobtrusive. You can buy wonderful olive oil from her and inquire about quality honey. The location is not ideal, as it is at the top of a hill. You can walk to the beach, but if you're returning in the heat, it’s not convenient. That’s why we drove. You can also grill in the yard. Skala Maries is a very beautiful place. It has a shop and several nice restaurants. We would come back again because we had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable.

The location is fantastic, perfect for those who prefer not to be in the center and seek tranquility. In the evenings, you can enjoy the sound of crickets. The road to the apartment is manageable, considering that most tourists arrive by car to the island, and if we compare the road to the famous Paradise Beach, it feels like a highway. The cats are adorable (I personally am not a cat lover), but they are so unusual and beautiful that you ultimately have no issues with them. In any case, they are useful for catching snakes, so you feel safe and grateful to the cats. Jota is exceptionally kind, polite, unobtrusive, and endlessly charming. Whatever we needed, she always responded quickly. All praises for the accommodation, Jota, and her husband. I believe we will stay at this accommodation again in the future.

A fantastic experience at Villa Happy. The hospitality, cleanliness, and organization of the accommodation are of the highest standard. The hostess, Giota, is an exceptionally dedicated woman who delights in providing her guests with perfect conditions for their stay. We have never encountered such a high level of service and hospitality, even in the most exclusive hotels. All praise goes to the selfless approach and the splendid conditions that enhanced our week-long stay on this beautiful island.

We settled into a 2+1 studio - it is equipped with everything you might need - a coffee machine, kettle, microwave, all the dishes, a hairdryer... For parents with one child, all of this is more than sufficient. Everything is perfectly clean, the landlady thoroughly cleans the accommodation and changes the bedding and towels every three days, which is a bit too frequent for our needs, as in three days, nothing really gets dirty. The yard is beautiful and has a view of the sea, but there are a few steps since the house is on top of a hill, so one must be careful with very small children; we did not have any issues with our two-year-old. There are mosquitoes, which is of course expected; there is a net on the window, but it would be nice to have one on the entrance door as well - the yard is full of cats, both big and small, that enter the studio in search of food - twice they ate our lunch from the pan, all in just a few minutes while I stepped out to the yard for the child. Jota and Kiriakos are wonderful, kind people! They are unobtrusive, always smiling, and are there to help with everything. Before we left for home, we even received small gifts as a token of appreciation. The location is not an issue if you are coming by car; the larger Matsutis market is more than sufficient and is located a 10-15 minute drive from the accommodation, as well as beautiful beaches - Atspas, Notos, Psili Amos. The access to the house is unpaved, but that is completely irrelevant compared to hygiene, kindness, and comfort. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent! And more than that. In front of the house, there is parking for the car, there is no shade, but we are at the sea and we love the sun :) The little town itself is lovely! Quiet and peaceful, cozy, with the best fish restaurant where we dined - Armeno. Next time we come to Thassos, we will only come to Happy Villa because we do not need anything better :)

The Happy Villa is a beautifully decorated house located in the third row above Atspas Beach. The studio is well-equipped, exceptionally clean, and tidy. We stayed for ten days, and the owner of the accommodation, Giota, prepared the place and changed the linens and towels three times. Each studio offers a view of the sea. Atspas Beach, which is the closest to the villa, is one of the best on the island.

Heppy Villa is a charming little house nestled on a peaceful hillside above the village of Skala Maries. The village itself is small, tranquil, and devoid of noise, with no shops or fast-food kiosks. It is a true fishing village. There are a few lovely restaurants, two shops, a pastry shop, and a pharmacy. You really don’t need more than that. There are no cafés or clubs, but there are three beaches, each more beautiful than the last in its own way. Naturally, they are all well-maintained and clean. The locals are friendly and warm, yet not overly intrusive. We were fortunate to attend a village celebration upon our arrival. We were their guests and enjoyed sirtaki and souvlaki. As for the Villa itself, I have never stayed in a cleaner establishment, despite having visited many hotels and apartments. When the owner opened the door to the studio, we immediately felt a desire to enter without dirtying anything. This was the case on our first day and continued throughout our stay. The landlady works at a five-star hotel as a housekeeping manager. The studio is well-equipped, even more so than necessary. Both the owner and the landlady are very kind people. We hardly saw them during the day, so we had the entire courtyard to ourselves. We spent our evenings with them. One evening at the village celebration, another evening they took us to the famous tavern Augoustos in the village of Theologos for Greek dinners, and one evening back in their village enjoying sirtaki and fish specialties. It felt as if we were family. For the first time, we experienced the true scent and soul of Greece. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them once again for the hospitality they showed to me and my son. A big greeting to Jota and Kiriakos.

The landlady is a wonderful woman who will assist you with anything you need. It is a 7-8 minute walk to Atspas beach. For those who do not mind being away from the center and for those seeking complete peace, relaxation, and the most beautiful sunset, I warmly recommend Happy Villa :)
