Overnight stay tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Ground Floor Gem Apartment in Nikiti is located approximately 580 meters from the town’s sandy beach. This modernly furnished apartment is ideal for families and groups of friends, offering a comfortable space for relaxation with all amenities within easy reach. Its proximity to both the sea and the resort center provides easy access to restaurants, cafés, and shops.
This ground-floor apartment can accommodate up to four adults and one child. It consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, while the living room features a sofa suitable for one person.
A baby cot is available upon request and is included in the price.
This air-conditioned accommodation features AC units and a TV in the living room as well as in each bedroom. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four glass-ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
