Irida Villa is located in the heart of Potos and it is one of the accommodations with the best quality studios. It is only two minutes away from the beach and all the contents, it has private parking and a nice restaurant in the same complex.
It’s located 200m from the town beach in Potos.
Villa Irida is a new building, very modern and nicely furnished. Studios are equipped with quality furniture and all have one double bed and a folding sofa or an extra bed. Thus the studio can accommodate two, three or four people (two adults and two children). Studios are the medium size (30m2), the terrace are spacious and the kitchen is new and well equipped. The view from the balconies is to the garden and surrounding houses.
Studios are with TV and air-conditioning, wireless internet, kitchen, bathroom and terrace.
Hygiene is at an excellent level, cleaning is done daily, and the replacement of sheets and towels is done after three days.
Garden is small but beautiful decorated and next door is also the restaurant George with the same owners.
Public parking is available.
If you are coming from Limenaria, drive straight on the main road and at the beginning of Potos, before the central crossroads, on the right road you will see George restaurant. Villa Irida is behind the restaurant, but given that both the restaurant and the villa are owned by the same family, it is best to stop at the restaurant, where the owner will take you to your accommodation.
Villa Irida is one of the few which could be said that are the ideal accommodation for all of those who want to be in the center of Potos. It deserves every recommendation for several reasons: first of all, it’s located in the heart of the city, but not in noisy places, but completely hidden and protected from noise and traffic; it’s new and beautifully decorated; it is just 3-4 minutes by foot away from the beach, and even much less from any other content (supermarket, bakeries, promenade, shops situated literally within a minute walk).

Nestled in a beautiful location, on a tranquil street, and close to everything. The rooms are cleaned daily. We are very satisfied. Perhaps we will return next year.

The studio for four people is more suitable for three. The auxiliary bed is intended for two, while the studio is classified as accommodation for four. We expected four main beds.
