Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

Nikiti Studio & Apartment is located at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, in the charming village of Nikiti, just 50 meters from the beautiful sandy beach and about 500 meters from the marina, restaurants, and all the main events. The property is functionally and comfortably equipped, pleasant, and perfectly positioned for guests who want to enjoy a peaceful vacation, but also be close to all the amenities that this popular resort offers.
There are two units available on the second floor.
The studio can accommodate up to two adults and one child. It consists of a bathroom and a kitchen with a French bed and a sofa for one person.
The apartment can accommodate up to two adults and two children. It consists of a living room and kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a French bed, while the living room has two sofas for one person each.
A baby cot is available upon request and included in the price.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to a TV, WiFi internet, and a fully equipped kitchen with two burners, a large fridge with a freezer, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee maker.
From the balcony, furnished with seating, guests can enjoy a lateral sea view. In the courtyard, guests can enjoy preparing a barbecue under the gazebo.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for hygiene during their stay. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days during the stay.
