Hotel Description

**Tia Apartment is located in Pereja, about 40m from the beach. It is a completely renovated apartment in a residential building, in an excellent location. **

The apartment (60m2) has a terrace that can be accessed from the bedrooms and has a side view of the sea. It has two separate bedrooms with double beds and a living room with a sofa and is suitable for five to six people. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a large stove with four burners and a large oven, a toaster and a refrigerator with a freezer.

The accommodation is air-conditioned, has internet and TV, and guests have a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board at their disposal.

A cot is also available to guests and this service is not charged separately.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and maintain the hygiene of the accommodation themselves during their stay. Bed linen is provided and guests can change it themselves, a clean set is available. Towels are not provided.

Parking is possible along the street, there is usually enough space. A guaranteed parking space is not provided.

The proximity to the promenade, restaurants and taverns makes Tia Apartment the perfect choice for a quiet and relaxed vacation. The beach is several kilometers long, and along it are lined restaurants, taverns, cafes and, of course, a promenade where you can walk for hours.

Nea Epivates is almost connected to Perea, and Agia Triada is close by. There is a daily boat from Pereja to the center of Thessaloniki. The ride takes 35 minutes and costs 6e per person. There is also a city bus to Thessaloniki. Halkidiki is only fifty kilometers away, so you can enjoy the beautiful beaches of this beautiful peninsula.

If you would like to go shopping, Ikea, Jumbo and Cosmos, the largest shopping center in Thessaloniki, are a few minutes’ drive away. There is also a Lidl supermarket in Pereja. As the airport is close, the place is also attractive for people coming by plane.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
