Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

The villa is furnished in a modern and elegant style, with a carefully designed interior that provides a sense of spaciousness and comfort throughout the entire stay. Spread over three levels, it offers a high level of privacy and comfort, making it suitable for both families and larger groups. In front of the villa there is a private swimming pool, a perfect place for relaxation, refreshment, and enjoyment in a luxurious atmosphere. Nikiti is one of the most beautiful resorts on Sithonia, known for its long, well-organized beach with crystal-clear waters and a gentle entrance into the sea, ideal for children. In the town itself, there are numerous restaurants, cafés, and a seaside promenade, allowing guests to enjoy an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere and all the charms of a seaside holiday.
The apartment features four bedrooms and is designed as a maisonette, extending over three levels, and can accommodate up to eight adults. On the first level, at ground-floor level, there is a living room, a dining area with a kitchen, and a toilet. The second and third levels, located on the first and second floors, have the same layout and each includes two bedrooms and one bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the other bedroom has two single beds.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
This air-conditioned accommodation features central air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans in the living room and in the bedrooms on the first floor. Guests have access to free WiFi, a TV, a hairdryer, a washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.
On the ground floor there is a veranda, while the first and second floors each feature one balcony. All outdoor areas are furnished with seating furniture where guests can relax.
