Lemon Beachfront Apartment is located right on the beach, in the town of Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, 700 meters from the promenade, marina, and restaurants. The spacious and modernly decorated accommodation is ideal for relaxation and enjoyment at any time, with a direct view of the sea.
The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to five adults. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a French bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, while the living room includes a sofa for one person.
Upon request, a baby cot is available to guests at no extra charge.
This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, kettle, and a coffee maker.
From the balcony, furnished with seating arrangements, guests can enjoy a direct view of the sea, and they can also indulge in preparing food on the barbecue.
Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation, with prior arrangement with the owner.
Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee.

Comfortable, clean, modern apartment, with a beautiful terrace with a direct sea view and two more terraces from the rooms overlooking the courtyard. Free parking in the courtyard. The apartment has everything you need. The host made an effort to make you feel at home in every way... puzzles for children, board games, markers, toys, books, new beach furniture... Truly all praise.

The accommodation is comfortable, cozy, clean, and arranged with attention to the smallest details. The host really made sure the stay was as pleasant as at home. For children, they prepared puzzles, board games, markers, and beach toys, and there is also new beach furniture available. The location is excellent, right on the beach, in a pleasant environment, with plenty of greenery around the accommodation, which makes for a pleasant stay even on hot days. It is located in a quiet part of Nikiti, so you can rest peacefully in the evening, in the morning, and during the day, and the center is a 10-minute easy walk away. Parking is provided in the yard.
