Lemon Beachfront Apartment is located right on the beach, in the town of Nikiti, on the Sithonia peninsula, 700 meters from the promenade, marina, and restaurants. The spacious and modernly decorated accommodation is ideal for relaxation and enjoyment at any time, with a direct view of the sea.

The apartment is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to five adults. It consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. One bedroom has a French bed, the other bedroom has two single beds, while the living room includes a sofa for one person.

Upon request, a baby cot is available to guests at no extra charge.

This air-conditioned accommodation offers guests a TV, WiFi internet, hairdryer, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with four burners and a large oven, a large fridge with a freezer, kettle, and a coffee maker.

From the balcony, furnished with seating arrangements, guests can enjoy a direct view of the sea, and they can also indulge in preparing food on the barbecue.

Small pets are allowed to stay in this accommodation, with prior arrangement with the owner.

Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the accommodation during their stay, while the replacement of bed linen and towels is done every three days. Cleaning service is available for an additional fee.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

The minimum stay for the period July 9 - September 2 is five nights.
The minimum stay for the periods June 4 - July 8 and September 3 - September 30 is four nights.
The minimum stay for the period April 17 - June 3 is three nights.
The minimum stay for the period October 1 - November 10 is two nights.
