Sea Apartment is located in one of the closest resorts to Thessaloniki and Serbia, at the beginning of Halkidiki, specifically the Kassandra peninsula, in Nea Kalikratia, a peaceful resort with its greatest advantage being the wide and long sandy beach, only 90m away from the accommodation.
The apartment, with two bedrooms, situated on the third floor of a building without an elevator, is intended for a maximum of seven adults. It comprises a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom of this apartment contains a double bed, while the living room features a sofa for two people and a pull-out armchair.
Upon request and included in the price, a baby cot is available.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, equipped with a cooling unit in the living room, guests have access to free WiFi internet, flat-screen TVs in both the living room and each bedroom, a safety deposit box, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with a stove with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a large refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster.

Pets are allowed upon request and included in the price.
For stays longer than 10 days, cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as replacement of bed linen and towels, is done halfway through the stay, while for stays shorter than 10 days, this service is not provided.
Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always free parking available along the street near the accommodation.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
