Thanks to its excellent location, guests can reach the sea with a few minutes of leisurely walking, while the town center, restaurants, taverns, cafes, bakeries, shops, and the seaside promenade are also easily accessible on foot. The studio is a great choice for couples and small families looking for a peaceful holiday, with the possibility of using all the essential amenities without the need for a car.

The property has one studio on the ground floor, designed for a maximum of two adults and two children up to the age of sixteen. The studio is organized as an open space that includes a sleeping area, a kitchen, and a separate bathroom. Guests have at their disposal a French bed and two standard single beds, making the accommodation a practical choice for a family vacation. The interior is simple, functional, and pleasant, with bright Mediterranean details and enough natural light.

The accommodation provides air conditioning, which is included in the price, free WiFi, a television, and a hairdryer. The kitchen area is equipped with a hob with one burner, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave oven, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle, so guests have everything they need to prepare simple meals.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

For reservations in 4 Bed Studio, for period from 22.07.2026 to 31.08.2026, for stays of 5 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 80 euros per day.
For reservations in 4 Bed Studio, for period from 01.09.2026 to 30.09.2026, for stays of 5 nights and more, there is a discounted price of 60 euros per day.
