Blue Avenue is a summer nest comprised of 5 autonomous Deluxe Villas on the northern end of Paliouri, just five minutes away from the seafront by car. It was built in the heart of nature using the most eco-friendly materials, in order to offer its guests the best possible accommodation experience - with outmost respect to the environment. The 5 individual Deluxe Villas are fully equipped with all the necessities for all guests wishing to indulge in comfort and relaxation. The property is surrounded by vast nature that awakens the feelings of tranquility and calmness. A large common-use pool with view to the green surroundings and the sea from afar is always inviting guests for a refreshing dive! Right next to the pool lies Blue‘s Pool Bar, ready to serve cold refreshments to enjoy by the sun loungers.

Important information

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Stays for persons younger than 0 years are not approved.
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.

Price note

Prices are per room per night on bed and breakfast basis. Air conditioner usage is included in the price. There are no fixed dates. You can choose the dates of arrival and departure. Send us an email to see if there is any discount for periods longer than two weeks.
