Our description
Accommodation Sithonian Lagonisi Apartments is located on the main road between Ormos Panagias and Vourvourou, close to Lagonisi Beach. In a spacious green garden, guests have access to parking, and the proximity to some of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Karidi, Trani Ammouda, Lagonisi is another advantage of this property.
The center of Ormos Panagias is about 1.5 km away, Latoura Beach about 500m, and Lagonisi Beach 700m. Despite its location on the main road, the accommodation is positioned in a way that you will enjoy a peaceful vacation.
The accommodation consists of three apartments arranged on the ground floor, on the first and second floors.
The five-bed apartment No.1 is located on the ground floor and has one single bed in the living room, two single beds in one bedroom, and one double bed in the other bedroom.
The four-bed apartment No. 2 is located on the first floor and has one double bed in the living room and two single beds in the bedroom. If necessary, the owners can add an extra bed for one child.
The four-bed apartment No. 3 is located on the second floor and has a sofa for two persons in the living room with a kitchen and one double bed in the bedroom.
All apartments have a kitchen equipped with a large fridge with a freezer, a stove with an oven and four burners, necessary dishes, and a kettle. The bathroom in apartment No.1 has a shower cabin, apartment No.2 has only tiles without a curtain, and apartment No.3 has a bathtub. All accommodation units have a washing machine, with the washing machine for apartment No.1 located in front of the entrance. All three apartments have spacious private terraces with a table and chairs, as well as a TV, internet, and mosquito nets. Apartments No. 1 and 2 have two air conditioners, and apartment No. 3 has one.
In the yard, guests have access to a shared barbecue.
Apartment No.1 overlooks the garden, apartment No.2 has a partial sea view, and apartment No.3 has a direct sea view.
Cleaning of accommodation units, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is done upon guests' request.
To reach the house, you will drive along the main road from the direction of Nikiti. After passing the turnoff for Ormos Panagias, continue straight for about 1.5km, and the house will be on your right side, just opposite the turnoff for Lagonisi Beach.
Sithonian Lagonisi Apartments can be a good choice for families traveling together or larger groups due to its garden and a small number of accommodation units.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
