The accommodation was excellent, clean, and sufficiently spacious for our needs. The apartments are equipped with everything you might require, and the location is phenomenal. Rooms are cleaned every three days, and towels and bed linens are changed. The only drawback is the slightly reduced privacy due to the position of the terraces and somewhat poorer sound insulation between the rooms.

We were accommodated in the new building and are generally satisfied. The only downside is that we stayed for 7 nights, and only once did they change the bedding and towels, even though it states in the studio that they change them every third day - that’s how it seems to me; everything else was perfect. The studio is super equipped with coffee filter machines, instant coffee, toasters, pans, and everything you need in a kitchen. The terraces are spacious, and each apartment/studio has its own terrace with a table and chairs. The courtyard is beautiful, featuring grills and play equipment for children (slides, swings, merry-go-rounds, and similar). If I were to go again, I would choose to stay in the central building, as the courtyard there is popular and well-equipped for children. What is great is that the nearest beach, Karidi, is only a 5-minute walk or a minute by car, which is fantastic. I would also add that the same owner has a restaurant across from the apartments and a market right in the courtyard, which is excellent for someone looking for a peaceful vacation without too much walking around.

I was not satisfied; the house was extremely small, and it was impossible to move around in a studio apartment with five people. Moreover, the landlady, Mrs. Maria, is an unpleasant, rude person who is completely unhelpful.

I am very pleased with everything that has been offered. The space is clean and tidy, containing all the necessary amenities. The yard is spacious. Everything is conveniently located, especially the markets and restaurants that are right next door and across the street.

We have once again settled in the lower building, in apartment no. 7, located on the ground floor. It covers an area of 65m2, featuring two bedrooms. The space is spacious and clean. All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito nets. Although we were told that towels would be changed every three days, they did so daily. The bed linens were changed three times during our nine-day stay. The staff is exceptionally courteous and friendly. The spacious and well-maintained courtyard (one of the largest in the area) includes a large gazebo equipped with a stone grill and a sizable table for larger gatherings, as well as a well-appointed children's playground. The numerous seating areas in the courtyard, adorned with comfortable chairs and ample natural shade, make our stay even more enjoyable, and the children had a fantastic time. In the courtyard, there is one of the largest markets in Vurvuruu. Across from the accommodation, there is a restaurant, a café with a swimming pool, and much more. Another important aspect is the ample parking available right in the courtyard. We have nothing but praise and would be delighted to return as their guests. This is our second holiday at the Chasapis accommodation. The kindness of the hostess, Maria, has delighted us. The cleanliness of the apartment, regular maintenance of hygiene, and the change of bed linens and towels have made a strong impression. The possibility of using the grill and the playground for children further enriches our stay. A complete retreat in the tranquil area of Vuorvoura. A warm recommendation!

This is our second vacation at Chasapis Luxury Apartments & Studios. We visited five years ago, and this year we came at the beginning of June with our children.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. It is truly "luxurious": every 2-3 days, they clean the apartments and provide fresh towels; the apartments are fully equipped (they even have a coffee maker, warm sandwiches...), and everything is new. Right next to the apartments is the best market in Vurvuru, owned by the proprietor. In my opinion, the location is the best in Vurvuru - about a 7-10 minute walk to Karidi beach. I would definitely return only to Chasapis <3

An excellent balance of price and quality. The accommodation is located in the center of Vourvourou, featuring a spacious yard, a studio equipped with mosquito nets, and a fully equipped kitchen. Hygiene is at an outstanding level. The hostess is very kind and relaxed. Right in front of the accommodation, there is a larger market, and across the street, a tavern. The local beach is 150 m away, while the nearby beach Fava, which is a must-visit, is just a 5-minute drive. All praises!

An excellent location and a very good accommodation, despite a few minor issues. One is that the kitchen cabinet doors are a bit loose; I even tried to fix them to make them somewhat safe. The second, which is less important to me, is that the internet signal is exceptionally poor, and the third is that the double bed is too soft, but that is more of a personal preference. The hosts and staff are very friendly, and regarding the price, it is slightly higher than in previous years; for instance, my friends went to Egypt on an all-inclusive deal for the same amount of money. All in all, we are satisfied; the place is quite peaceful, without much crowding, except at Karidi beach, but that didn’t bother us much.

An excellent accommodation. The apartments are fully equipped, the location is superb, there is a large number of parking spaces, a shop is conveniently located in the courtyard of the apartments, a restaurant is across the street, towels are changed, and the apartments are cleaned every three days.

Chasapis accommodation features both a new and an old block. We stayed in the old one, built in 2011, and since then it hasn’t been painted nor has a single light bulb been replaced. The cleanliness of the apartment itself should be significantly better, especially in the kitchen where everything was sticky from cooking, and the extractor fan is non-functional. WiFi only works in the courtyard and on the terrace; it does not function in the rest of the apartment. The good news is that there is hot water available 24 hours a day. Another positive aspect is that one can reach Carida beach on foot.

The square footage is not as described; the space is cramped, and one can barely move except in the living room. The location is as stated, but the hosts are quite rude, and I would not return there.

All praises! Beautiful, clean, and tidy. The spacious yard leaves the best impression, along with the fact that the apartments are located on the main street yet remain quiet. We stayed in a three-bed studio with our 3-year-old child, and everything was just perfect. The owners are friendly and always available. In the front part of the yard, there is a well-stocked supermarket. Across the street, there is an excellent tavern. It takes about 6-7 minutes to walk to Karidi beach.

I was with my husband and our two children (aged 6 and 8) in one of the apartments and we were extremely satisfied. It was clean, comfortable, and the yard was perfect for the kids.

We are extremely satisfied with the accommodation and our stay. The rooms are new, beautiful, and spacious. The courtyard is wonderful, especially for families with children, which was the case for us. It is possible to spend evenings in the courtyard, which has ample space for all guests, and even to have a barbecue in the designated area that is very pleasant. The hosts are kind and accommodating, and they do not constantly monitor the accommodation and courtyard, which we appreciated. We absolutely recommend it!

The studio was truly lovely, immaculate, and comfortable. Having a supermarket conveniently located right at the entrance of the complex was a significant advantage. It is indeed perfect for families with children.

We have visited Halkidiki numerous times before, in Nikiti and Sarti on Sithonia, but our experience in Vourvourou while staying at Chasapis was entirely different. The apartments are wonderful, the location is perfect - there is a vast private parking area, an amazing playground for children, and a spacious backyard. It is approximately 500 meters from Karidi, with restaurants flanking both sides of the apartments. There is an excellent supermarket nearby, and the area is tranquil without any nighttime disturbances - truly ideal for families with children. Within a 20 km radius, there are some fantastic beaches worth visiting.

Considering that we have now stayed in the same accommodation for the second time, it speaks volumes about our satisfaction. Moreover, it is highly likely that we will repeat the experience for a third time next year...

Dear Sir/Madam, We stayed at the Chasapis apartments from July 31 to August 13. Everything was absolutely excellent (the reception, the apartment's amenities, cleanliness, location, ...) except for one thing - the Wi-Fi internet. I am not exaggerating when I say that the signal was very poor - there was none in the bedroom, and in the "living room" it was intermittent and had a very low "bandwidth". Considering the amenities of the apartment and the appearance of the complex, I believe that the internet should be at the same level. It would be beneficial to bring this to the owner's attention, as he could receive negative feedback from guests who stayed with him, which is truly unnecessary, as the Chasapis apartments are significantly better than at least 80% of the other apartments in the vicinity. The accommodation is beautiful and tidy, as is the yard with a playground for children. However, those are the only positive aspects I can mention. There is no internet access, and there is also a lack of hot water, while the noise from the promenade makes it impossible to sleep peacefully. The accommodation is located on a beach that is unsuitable for swimming or strolling. It is not recommended for families with small children.

This is definitely one of the better accommodations. Highly recommended! My husband and I visited with our two young children and we were extremely satisfied. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is equipped just like at home. Everything is perfectly clean; every three days they change the bed linens, sheets, towels, and kitchen cloths, and they wipe everything down and clean the room. The WiFi works as if we are not in Greece, a refreshing change compared to previous years. The courtyard is a small paradise for children, well-kept and clean, with a small playground, while parents can relax on sun loungers under every tree. Within the complex, there is a fully equipped store, and across the street, there is a restaurant that is also excellent. You can reach Karidi beach in just a few minutes.

Everything is wonderful, with an ideal location in the heart of the village, charming and immaculate apartments, a garden equipped with a grill, and proximity to the beach, making it an excellent base for exploring the peninsula, the bay of Vourvourou, and the island of Diaporos. There are numerous restaurants nearby, and the owner's market is conveniently located right next to the apartment. We highly recommend it.

We stayed there on July 17, 2017. Honestly, we were truly satisfied. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were clean and frequently changed. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was quite peaceful, and the yard was perfect for families with small children. The landlady was very courteous.

The apartment is comfortable and luxuriously furnished. Everything is clean and new. There is a large yard with a playground for children, covered with soft, always fresh grass. The parking is separate but located within the complex, shaded by trees. It is a peaceful place. The owners run the largest and best-stocked store in Vurvuru. Prices are slightly higher, but there is always a wide selection (meat, eggs, bread, frozen food, pizza, pastries). The barbecue area is slightly separated and covered, freely available for use. The store also offers meat for grilling. The owners are unobtrusive yet always present. The sea is just 50 meters away, while it takes 15 minutes to walk to Karidi beach. It is ideal for families with children. There are not many mosquitoes, but there are wasps. Mosquito nets are installed on all doors and windows. The safe and air conditioning are included in the price. The beds are comfortable, and the linens and towels are changed every 3-4 days. We enjoyed our first stay and completely relaxed and rejuvenated on vacation with our two children. We received everything we expected.

Karidi beach is about a ten-minute walk away. The courtyard is beautifully landscaped, with a small area for children. Restaurants are nearby. It is a very peaceful and quiet place. The drawbacks that do not pertain to the accommodation but to the locality are: quite a few mosquitoes and a lot of wasps that can be quite bothersome, especially when food is involved, particularly meat.

Everything functioned excellently. The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, meaning we received exactly what we saw and reserved. It was clean and tidy, with towels and bed linens changed every three days. Detergent and toilet paper were also provided. The washing machine can be used free of charge - fantastic! The market is well-stocked. The owner is a kind and pleasant woman. The only complaint is that the mattresses are somewhat firm, as are the pillows.

The accommodation is wonderful, and I would certainly return. Everything is in a five-star style.
