Description
The Latouraki Lagonisi Apartment is located in a tranquil area of Sithonia, surrounded by beaches that are considered the most beautiful on the peninsula. It can be a good choice for families or couples who want to spend their vacation in a peaceful location, not far from the coast.
The house is situated halfway between Ormos Panagias and Vourvourou, approximately 400m from Latoura Beach and about 750m from Lagonisi Beach. The nearest supermarkets and taverns are located in Ormos Panagias, around 1.1 km from the accommodation, and the very popular Trani Ammouda Beach is also at the same distance.
This is a two-story house, from which only the ground floor two-bedroom apartment is rented, capable of accommodating five people. The apartment features two bedrooms, with a separate kitchen. One bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the other has two single beds, and the owners can add an extra bed if needed.
The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a four-burner stove with an oven, a kettle, a dining table and chairs, and necessary utensils. The bathroom, separated by accordion doors, has an open shower (only tiles).
The accommodation provides Wi-Fi internet, one air conditioning unit in each bedroom, a TV with a double bed, a hairdryer, mosquito nets, and a washing machine on the terrace. The owners can also provide a cot and a high chair if needed. The terrace overlooks the yard and is furnished with a table and chairs for seating, as well as a clothes dryer.
Guests are responsible for cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, but if desired, the owners can provide these services for a fee.
The accommodation offers a spacious, grassy, fenced yard with ample parking space. Guests also have access to a barbecue in the yard.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
