Kallisti Studios is a decent accommodation located on a hill in the lovely fishing village of Ormos Panagias. The owners are friendly and take care of hygiene and maintenance. It’s suitable for young couples and families arriving with their own car who prefer visiting the surrounding beaches and an active holiday.
The city port and the center with taverns, bakeries and small supermarket are at 150m, and at only 600m there’s a famous Trani Ammouda beach, the bearer of the Blue Flag and one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia.
They offer a total of 16 accommodation units.
Of nine double studios (24m2) that can also be triple, four renovated are located on the ground floor and have one double with a single drawer bed underneath, as well as an enclosed terrace with a table, chairs and a street view. On the ground floor in the front side, there’s a quadruple apartment with two single beds in the kitchen and one double bed in the bedroom and a quadruple studio (28m2 with a balcony) with one double and two bunk beds. Also, there’s an apartment with bunk beds in the bedroom and one double bed in the room with a kitchen.
On the first floor, there are three triple studios (24m2) with one double and a single bed, one quadruple apartment (28m2) with four single beds and one double studio with two single beds and the possibility to adding one auxiliary bed. All have a garden view.
On the second floor, there are four double studios, one with a double, and three with two single beds. One double studio has a partial sea view. On the second floor, there is also a quadruple apartment (28m2) with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the room with a kitchen. The apartment has a partial sea view.
Some studios on the upper floor have a partial sea view, while the other units overlook the yard or the street.
All kitchen units have a refrigerator, mini-stove with two rings and oven and necessary dishes, bathroom with an edged shower area without a curtain, internet, TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, hairdryer and a terrace with table and chairs, awning and drying rack.
There’s a barbecue in the courtyard, children’s playground and private parking, unfortunately, with no place for all cars. However, in the surroundings and in front of the accommodation there is enough parking space. On the last floor, there’s a bar with a terrace and a sitting area where you can enjoy the view of the harbor and the sea.
When you reach the harbor in Ormos Panagias, drive 50m towards Trani Ammouda beach, then turn left and continue uphill for another 100m until you reach Kallisti Studios.
If you prefer a quiet holiday, away from the noisy resorts, Kallisti Studios and Ormos Panagias are the right choice for you.

Phenomenal location, yet the bathroom is rather small—the shower cubicle is quite compact, and the curtain you can't help brushing against.
