By The Sea Red House is located near Neos Marmaras, a resort spread over three surrounding hills which is the center of happening in Sithonia, so everyone can find something to their taste, whether it’s entertainment, gastronomy or beaches. This accommodation is at a distance of 95m from the Paradisos beach, while it is located at a distance of 3.6km from the city beach.

The apartment with two bedrooms, which by its structure is a maisonette on two levels, can accommodate a maximum of seven persons (up to six adults and one child). On the lower level, which is at the ground floor level, there is a living room, kitchen, dining room, and toilet, while on the upper level, which is at the level of the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms have one double bed each, and there is the possibility of adding an extra bed for a child up to 8 years old in one of them. There are two sofas for two persons in the living room.

On request, within the price, a baby cot and baby feeding chair are available.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, in which the living room and each bedroom have an independent cooling unit, guests have at their disposal free WiFi, a flat-screen TV, a hairdryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a stove with four glass ceramic hotplates, and a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster.

You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings, with a view of the yard or the sea in the distance, on the furnished veranda, or on one of the two balconies to which every bedroom has access.

Your stay can be made more pleasant by the possibility of preparing a barbecue with family and friends, as well as enough space for relaxation and peace in the yard.

Small pets are allowed in this accommodation, within the price and upon agreement with the owner.

The guests of this accommodation, as part of the price, have at their disposal sunbeds and umbrellas that they can take to the beach, but with the obligation to return them daily.

The cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, which are provided every seventh day, is done by the guests themselves. The apartment cleaning service is also available to guests, with an additional charge of 40€ per service.

The parking space is provided for accommodation guests and there is space for two cars.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 12 years.
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
