The apartment is comfortable, and the accommodation is situated in an excellent location that is peaceful and away from the center, yet still close, just a 2-minute walk away. The center itself, with its beautiful restaurants and markets, is about a 5-minute walk. Unfortunately, the downside is that the owner does not speak English, so she writes on a piece of paper how much needs to be paid because she cannot explain it. Additionally, it is not possible to arrange for cleaning the apartment. All the walls are quite thin, so every little movement, like moving a chair or talking, transmits noise into the apartment. The bathroom is too small; the shower cabin measures 60x60 cm, and the faucet sticks out 30 cm, causing you to bump into it constantly. The shower curtain keeps sticking to your back because the space is too cramped, and the toilet seat is crooked, hitting your back while sitting, and you cannot even stand up without hitting the cistern. The courtyard has floor tiles that are not suitable for outdoor use because when it rains, it feels like walking on ice, which led to an injury. The kitchen is okay, equipped with a small stove, a refrigerator that cools well, and a little bit of cutlery and dishes. Essentially, the place is beautiful, and the apartment is in a lovely location, but for that price, much better accommodations can be found!

A pleasant accommodation, almost on the beach, which is somewhat different from the rest of the coastline in Psakoudia due to the presence of seaweed. However, the accommodation is certainly in an excellent location. There is no noise, the owners are friendly, although they do not speak a word of English, but that is not really necessary, as everything is clear and agreed upon.

I assigned the maximum number of stars to each item due to the overall impression. The apartment was exceptionally clean, equipped with basic utensils for preparing coffee and food. For the first time, I experienced the absence of that stale smell in the kitchen cabinets. The bed linens and towels were impeccably clean, and upon our request, we received new towels when we asked for them. The apartment is excellently located, almost right by the beach. Our hosts were quiet and unobtrusive people, always available if we needed anything. I believe we will return again as we had a wonderful rest.

The air conditioning units are poorly positioned in the apartments, and the internet connection is extremely poor, nearly non-existent. The furniture is of very low quality and is far from comfortable.

For the first time, we were accommodated in a studio located below ground level. The studio was designed for three people, but there were only two of us. The comfort was excellent, but due to some minor issues, such as communication, problems arose. The staff does not speak English, which led to delays in exchanging information. I did not give a full five stars to avoid misunderstandings in conversation, as I am unsure how we would manage. The Wi-Fi was good only for the first two days, and then it was almost completely unavailable every morning and a few evenings. The relationship between price and quality aligns in our case.

Accommodation, in its essence, is satisfactory; you need nothing more than what is offered, and the location is splendid as the beach is literally just a minute away. However, the issue lies in the extremely poor hygiene. Even though the bedding was changed on the third day, nothing else was attended to. Additionally, a significant problem is the lack of free internet, as its range is so weak that achieving a connection for even five minutes feels like a success. Considering the price of accommodation, the relationship between quality and price can be deemed proportional.

The cleanliness is exceptional, and the furniture is of high quality (air conditioning, LCD TV, a single-burner stove, dishes...). Everything necessary for a stay of about ten days is provided. The studio is located a few steps below the level of the yard, but there is no dampness or unpleasant odors. The studio has exits on both sides, with seating chairs and tables arranged on each side. The yard is beautifully landscaped, very close to the beach, and there is ample parking space. An excellent balance of price and quality.

The nearby beach is in rather poor condition, and the sea was disappointing. There was mud in the shallow water, and after three meters, seaweed began to appear. The wind was constantly blowing. Everything on your side was as promised, but for your information, the accommodation was suitable for two people, not four. We managed to adapt and went to a different beach every day; it was a bit tiring, but we had a wonderful time. Having been visiting reliable places in Sithonia for years, we wanted to experiment a little this time and ended up making a mistake. Our stay at Paschalia Apartments was delightful. The accommodation is comfortable and conveniently located near the beach. The beach itself is lovely, featuring fine sand and crystal-clear water; however, please be aware that seaweed is present.
