Our description
Grandma's Paradise Villa is located in Psakoudia, on a hill in a large shaded courtyard overlooking the city beach.
The beach, as well as supermarkets and taverns are 100m away.
The villa (80m2) consists of a living room with a kitchen and two bedrooms and can host up to 6 people.
The living room has two sofas for one person each, while the bedrooms have one double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, a large stove, a kettle, a coffee machine, and necessary dishes.
The bathroom has a shower cabin.
The villa is air-conditioned, has a TV, WiFi internet, washing machine, iron, hair dryer, and the owners can provide a baby cot if necessary.
In front of the villa there is a private sitting area on the ground floor with a table and chairs and a beautiful, direct sea view.
Cleaning, as well as changing of towels and bed linen, is done every 5 nights.
In agreement with the owners, the stay of pets is possible.
The yard is fenced, full of shade and private parking is provided for users, as well as outdoor shower.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms
