The property offers four apartments located on the first floor of the building, accessed by a staircase with nine steps. Three apartments are intended for up to four adults and consist of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room offers two single beds. The fourth apartment accommodates up to six adults and consists of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed, while the living room offers a sofa for two people. Thanks to the separate bedrooms and functional layout, the apartments are a good choice for family holidays or stays with friends.
Guests traveling with small children can request a baby crib free of charge. This convenience may be important for families who want to avoid carrying extra equipment and organize their stay more easily with young children.
All apartments are uniformly equipped so that guests can expect the same facilities and level of functionality in each unit. Kitchens are equipped with a four‑burner stove, a large oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer, while a kettle, a filter, espresso coffee machines, and a toaster are available for preparing hot drinks and simple meals. The accommodation is about 75 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
