Description
Sunny Seaside Villa is situated in a complex of luxurious houses located next to the main road connecting Kallithea and Kriopigi. In addition to its excellent location, the accommodation meets high standards in terms of equipment and functionality, making it an ideal choice for multiple families or larger groups of people.
The nearest market is located 400m away, while the private sandy beach, accessible via a path directly from the accommodation, is about 100m away.
This two-storey house can accommodate up to ten people. There are four bedrooms available, one on the ground floor and three on the upper floor, each with a double bed and its own bathroom. The main bedroom on the upper floor has access to a small balcony with a sea view. The ground floor features a living room with a sofa for two people, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet with a washing machine. A baby cot can be provided upon request.
The house is equipped with all necessary amenities such as air conditioning, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi internet, hairdryer and mosquito nets. The modern and fully equipped kitchen includes a large side-by-side refrigerator with a freezer, a large oven, an induction hob with four glass ceramic burners, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a filter and espresso coffee machine, a toaster and an electric kettle. All four bathrooms have a shower cabin or an open shower. Pets are allowed.
During their stay, guests are responsible for the hygiene and can change bed linen and towels as needed - additional sets are provided.
Outside the entrance, there is a gazebo with a barbecue. The yard features a pool with sun loungers, an outdoor shower and a gazebo with outdoor dining area. Private covered parking for three cars is available.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, when you pass Kallithea and continue straight towards Kriopigi, you will see the Exotic Market store on the left side. After 400m, turn left towards the accommodation - there is an island that separates the main road from the entrance to the complex where Sunny Seaside Villa is located.
If you are looking for comfortable and high-quality accommodation for a larger group of people, at a short distance from the beach and with a private pool, Sunny Seaside Villa can be a good choice.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
