Our description

Aparthotel Apollon Xenonas is located in Sarti, about 40m from the sea, while the center is about 1.2km away.

Two quintuple apartments consist of a living room with kitchen and one sofa bed, as well as one separate bedroom with two single beds on the lower level, while on the gallery on the upper level there is one double bed. Quadruple two-level studio has one doble bed on the lower level with kitchen, while on the gallery on the upper level there are two single beds. Six quadruple apartments in one room have a kitchen and a double bed, while in the separate bedroom there are two single beds. Three double studios have one double bed in the same room with a kitchen, and four triple studios have one double and one single bed in the same room with a kitchen.

All accommodation units have internet access, a kitchen with two burners and a small fridge with freezer, air conditioning, safe, TV, mosquito nets and side sea view. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain, a hairdryer can be obtained from the owner, and the washing machine can be used also in agreement with the owners. Cleaning and replacement of towels is done every three days, and bedding is changed every six days.

The accommodation is on a bed and breakfast basis, which can be served in the room.

Private parking is also available.

Owners description

Our friendly, family-run hotel is located on the middle finger of Halkidiki, Sithonia in a small fishing village in Sarti. On the edge of the resort, in a quiet location almost directly at sea, about 50 meters from the white sandy beach. On foot you can reach many shops and tavernas, cafes and restaurants that offer good, inexpensive and traditional Greek and Mediterranean dishes and dishes. Sarti has a pharmacy and doctor practices. Every Saturday there is a weekly market in the neighboring Sikia. There you can stroll between market stalls, discover local products like olive oil and honey, or in a typical Greek village just forget about your everyday life.

We offer studios, apartments, condos, or suites and non smoking rooms. The accommodations are equipped with a small kitchen and fridge for self-catering, television (satellite TV) with international channels, usable air conditioning (extra charge) and safe (extra charge). All apartments and rooms are individually furnished. In addition, many of our rooms have a balcony with sea view. All of our apartments, rooms and apartments are very clean and well maintained, room cleaning service, we offer every three days.

In order to provide you a carefree and relaxing holiday in Greece, during your entire stay in our hotel we offer breakfast and room service. Breakfast in the room can be enjoyed on the balconies with sea view.

The crystal clear water is awarded each year by the European Blue Flag. Also, water sports, surfing and two diving schools are available. We lend our guests free umbrellas for your beach visit. Opened in July 2006, Apollon Xenonas Aparthotel is a small, family-run hotel in a pretty, traditional architecture with 10 apartments on three different levels. The hotel has a beautiful roof terrace with views over the sea and Mount Athos, where you can read, sunbathe or relax your mind. Through our elevated position all our apartments have a very nice view of the sea. Very cozy evenings are held in our stylish courtyard.

Supermarket and taverns are located nearby. In the village you will find shopping and entertainment offerings that are easy to reach on foot.
