Hotel Description

Sarti Premium Suites is a luxurious and newly built accommodation located in New Sarti in a fantastic location, just a few steps from the sea. It offers modern and well-equipped accommodation units.

The accommodation is about 100 m away from the sandy beach and approximately 1.5 km from the city center. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a market with a bakery, while one of the well-known taverns is located right next door.

This property offers eleven accommodation units, including four double studios, one triple studio, five four-bed maisonettes, and one four-bed studio.

The double studios, with an area of 22-25 m2, are located on the ground floor and first floor. They feature a larger French bed and can accommodate a maximum of two people. Additionally, they have a balcony with a partial view of the sea or the mountains, as well as a table and chairs. The triple studio, with an area of 28 m2, is located on the first floor and features a larger French bed and a single bed. It also has a balcony with a partial sea view and seating.

The four-bed maisonettes, with an area of 35-40 m2, are located in the attic. They have two balconies with tables and chairs, offering views of the mountains and the sea. They also have two TVs and bathrooms with shower cabins. The four-bed studio is located on the ground floor.

The four-bed maisonettes (sea view) and the ground floor four-bed studio have two single beds and a larger French bed. However, the two mezzanines with a sea view have two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor (the shower cabin and washbasin are in the same room as the French bed). The ground floor four-bed studio (mountain view) has one larger French bed and a sofa bed for two people. Additionally, there is a shower cabin and washbasin in the bedroom on the first floor.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with internet and mosquito nets. The kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, a kettle, a coffee machine, and an induction hob. They also have a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment (except for the four-bed mezzanines, which have a large refrigerator with a freezer).

Towel replacement is done every four days, while bed linen is changed every two days. The accommodation units are cleaned daily. A baby cot is available upon prior request. Pets are not allowed. The accommodation has a private parking area and an elevator.

When coming from Vourvourou, at the end of Sarti, turn into the last street on the left. The street is wide in that part, continue straight for about 240 m, and you will see the accommodation on the right side.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 3 years.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
