Our description
Sarti Premium Suites is a luxurious and newly built accommodation located in New Sarti in a fantastic location, just a few steps from the sea. It offers modern and well-equipped accommodation units.
The accommodation is about 100m away from the sandy beach and approximately 1.5km from the city center. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a market with a bakery, while one of the well-known taverns is located right next door.
This property offers eleven accommodation units, including four double studios, one triple studio, five four-bed maisonettes, and one four-bed studio.
The double studios, with an area of 22-25m2, are located on the ground floor and first floor. They feature a larger French bed and can accommodate a maximum of two people. Additionally, they have a balcony with a partial view of the sea or the mountains, as well as a table and chairs.
The triple studio, with an area of 28m2, is located on the first floor and features a larger French bed and a single bed. It also has a balcony with a partial sea view and seating.
The four-bed maisonettes, with an area of 35-40m2, are located in the attic. They have two balconies with tables and chairs, offering views of the mountains and the sea. They also have two TVs and bathrooms with shower cabins. The four-bed studio is located on the ground floor.
The four-bed maisonettes (sea view) and the ground floor four-bed studio have two single beds and a larger French bed. However, the two mezzanines with a sea view have two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and another on the first floor (the shower cabin and washbasin are in the same room as the French bed). The ground floor four-bed studio (mountain view) has one larger French bed and a sofa bed for two people. Additionally, there is a shower cabin and washbasin in the bedroom on the first floor.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with internet and mosquito nets. The kitchens are fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, a kettle, a coffee machine, and an induction hob. They also have a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment (except for the four-bed mezzanines, which have a large refrigerator with a freezer).
Towel replacement is done every four days, while bed linen is changed every two days. The accommodation units are cleaned daily. A baby cot is available upon prior request. Pets are not allowed.
The accommodation has a private parking area and an elevator.
When coming from Vourvourou, at the end of Sarti, turn into the last street on the left. The street is wide in that part, continue straight for about 240m, and you will see the accommodation on the right side.
Sarti Premium Suites is truly an excellent choice if you wish to spend your vacation in quality and modernly equipped accommodation, close to the city beach, while also enjoying a beautiful view.

Owners description
Sarti Premium Studios and Suites is the new accommodation freshly built for the season 2019. It's situated a few meters from Agni Hotel and offers fully equipped double studios, junior and family suites, with or without breakfast included.
Family Suite consists of a bedroom with two single beds, a living room, with a kitchen, bathroom and attic with a bedroom fitted with one double bed (160x200), another bathroom and two balconies. Its capacity is four persons.
Junior suite is a single space room on the first floor and it has one double bed (160x200), equipped kitchen, bathroom and a balcony with a sea and mountain view. Its capacity is two persons.
Double garden floor studio is a single space room and it has one double bed (160x200), kitchen, bathroom and a veranda with partial sea view. Its capacity is two persons.
The accommodation is at about 80m from the sandy beach and offers a partial sea view.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 25% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Postovani, Prvo da Vam se zahvalim što ste nam obezbedili smestaj u Sarti premium studios and suites. Hvala na uloženom trudu.👍 Sarti premium studios and suites je fenomenalan smeštaj, sve je potpuno novo i komforno. Doručak koji smo imali je odličan, na bazi švedskog stola. Za svačiji ukus po nešto. Sam smeštaj se nalazi u novom delu Sartija, koji je fenomenalan jer nema gužve i galame a pri tom je 50m od same plaže. Plaža je od sitnog peska i plitka, često su talasi po kojima je odlična zabava i kupanje. Na plaži se nalaze 3 restorana koji su odlični, od toga jedan "Blue senses" koji je 2019. i 2020. bio proglašen najboljim restoranom na Halkidikiju po Trip advisor sajtu. Imali smo besplatne ležaljke u oviru plažnog bara "Sarti premium seaside bar" osim prvog reda za koji je potrebna konzumacija u iznosu 30eura. S obzirom da ćete svakako potrošiti taj iznos u toku celog dana na plaži, isplati se uzeti komplet ležaljki u prvom resu i imati prelep pogled na Svetu Goru. Takođe moram reći da je odatle svaka popularna plaža na 15min kolima, pa kome dosadi jedna lepota plaže novog Sartija, može za kratko vreme promeniti plažu. Dakle, nema potrebe ići u stari Sarti i gurati se u redovima za giros ili sladoled, ovde možete uživati uveče u nekom od restorana uz mesečinu koja obasjava more između vas i Svete Gore. Savet-ne težite ka tome da vam apartman gleda na more, jer ujutru nećete moći u hladovini da pijete kafu na svojoj terasi. 👍

Smestaj je ususkan u najmirnijem delu Sartija 50tak metara do plaze na kojoj nema guzve i gde u svako doba dana mozete pronaci mesto.Higijena apartmana i ljubaznost osoblja zaista na izuzetno visokom nivou..Odmah pored plaze se nalazi odlican restoran za rucak ili veceru.Za sve one koji zele odmor i sve na dohvat ruke sa malom decom preporucujemo Sarti Premium suite.
